staff at ASTORIA Boracay’s restaurant were very accommodating, friendly and great service overall! i did wish staff at front desk gave me more options to upgrade and get better room location at hotel at time of arrival.

It’s a terrible check in . They put us close to the garbage . I can provide the pic . It’s a hazardous area compared to the rest . We tried to complain several times but they keep on ignoring us and prioritized the others who will just check in without issue . An issue should comes first . They only took action when my family member went to Barangay office in boracay ( it’s where you complain for hazard and other health related issues .

Great location, right near the beach. Very friendly staff. Nothing was too much. Lots of other places close by for a drink, dinner etc. Great location for a relaxed beach holiday. Would love to stay again.

Housekeeping staff kept our room, nice, clean and comfortable…lots of dining, shopping and water activity options nearby! Highly recommend👍

The overall stay was fantastic. The staff were fantastic, and the location was amazing. We hardly spent time in the room considering that the White Beach was right out the front of the hotel. Spending most of our time there and in the nice and heated, albeit not huge, pool was the perfect vacation. At the end of the heavily developed part of the White Beach, you won't need to go far to find something unique to do or something to eat. Additionally, the location is right in the middle of the island so you can get to anything around by Trike in <=15 minutes. The staff were great and helpful, the facilities clean, location perfect, and island amazing. You'll enjoy your time at Astoria Boracay.

om the moment I walked into the door, I felt welcomed. I was warmly greeted by all staff and security. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Toiletries were provided. I was given a complimentary fruit basket and upgraded tona poolside room. Ivan with the glasses at the front desk was so helpful and accomodating. Milo the dining manager noticed every little detail. For example, the breakfast table had a slight wobble, but he noticed and fixed it right away. The location of this hotel is in a prime spot. What a comfortable stay. It is definitely worth a little extra money tonstay there. You can pay more for less at other hotels, but this one provides excellent value for your money. Thanks to everyone there for making it a great stay

I like that the property is beach front . I like that the staff maintain the exterior of the property really well and the pool. The staff and very friendly and accommodating and helpful . Buffer Breakfast that’s included with the rate is also good . The only thing that make it a four star is the shower and the bathtub need an update .and also the sink was not draining well during our stay , even after fixing it . Those are minor issues but shower is very important ... so they should upgrade it . It is old

Staff was really friendly and the place was really clean.

There was a storm incoming prior to our trip and the front desk immediately updated us of the situation. They called me personally to inform us that the ferry was not allowed to cross. Until the time that the phone lines and cell sires got damaged, we were frequently updated. I will come back for sure.

The hotel is lovely and is in a great position on White Beach (the main strip of Boracay for restaurants, bars and clubs). You are close enough to quickly walk left down the busy strip, or, turn right and within a few minutes you are into the quieter station with a more tranquil beach to relax on (this is why we chose to stay here on two occasions!) The breakfast is good and the hotel has an amazing band on each evening which you can watch from some tables on the beach with a mango shake or a cocktail. The staff are really lovely and helpful and if you need a rest from the craziness of the Boracay strip it's a brilliant hotel which is built to offer privacy right by the pool where you also gets lots of sun! Many other hotels have their pool on show from the strip which I wouldn't find as relaxing. The only item we noted on our latest trip was that there was an unannounced renovation on some of the rooms across the pool.

Honestly diving to Astoria we were a little worried as we looked at the surrounds. Once we got to the hotel we were quite surprised. The room was quite nice. The pool area was nice but once going to the back of the resort it was beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure we had whatever we needed. Two of the servers at the restrauant we amazing. They made sure our food was good as well as reserved us places in the day as well as in the evening. I actually should have written their names down to recognize them. We are actually going next to Astoria in puerto next. Just don’t compare the rooms to Americanized rooms.
