The heat in my room was completely broken. Outside temp was 25. The drains were very slow. There were dirty towels in my room. The bedside lamp charger did not work

The hot tub jets didn't work. There was a thick layer of sand or something along the bottom edges of hot tub and it was kinda gross.

There was a problem at check in where they couldn't find the two rooms that were booked. We then had to book another room and a little while longer, we realized that the one room was under another name. Hotels.com and the Holiday Inn Express resolved the problem and refunded the one room.

Nice hotel and a way better breakfast than most. It was mostly clean. Rooms were good size. Tv and mini fridge and Keurig were nice. Pool area was extremely hot and humid making you feel like you might past out. And I’m pregnant and was told I’m not aloud to have a water bottle in there so can’t stay here again till after the baby. So I didn't get to enjoy that as much. They did have a little area to buy snacks and water. They had some complimentary lemonade that was nice.

Absolutely LOVE these Express & Suites!! They never disappoint and you know what you’re going to get:). My hubs & I needed a break from the fires in Boise County and this was our first time here! The hotel was just perfect with everything right around us. We’ll be back Twin Falls @Holiday Inn Express

I really like to find a property with a very nice pool and Jacuzzi that’s my highlight. That being said this pool was not clean and fresh. It had bugs and Band-Aids in the pool and the Jacuzzi was running, but there was an issue with filter sand in the bottom of the Jacuzzi. I did mention this to the staff as just a comment not as a complaint so that they could casually address it. I figure almost $200 a night on a hotel that these amenities would be under better control. The staff was really nice and our room was very clean and very prompt housekeeping service , if the pool and Jacuzzi were cleaner, we would love to return to this facility

The toilet chain came off couple times but they were right there to fix it
Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good

The black out curtains have a couple of holes and the leather chair cushion was worn but not a problem for us would definitely stay again

Minor maintenance issue was resolved immediately by moving us to another room. Staff was friendly. Only con was breakfast selection was a bit limited.

Very uncomfortable bed and pills. A/C constantly turning on and off due to wall unit needing the batteries replaced. Loud Semi-truck outside of hotel parking lot was running all night. Shower pressure minimal. Will only stay at non-express Holiday Inn from here on out.
