Didn’t even say helllo. Mostly interested in copying passports and taxes than welcoming the guests.

The Sonesta is an awesome hotel AND a great value. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Loved having access to all the local restaurants as well the local modern mall stores.

This hotel was very clean and the service was awesome. Alvaro in the restaurant was the nicest and most helpful and the front desk and security were also helpful and friendly.

Was clean and staff was nice, but need updates, in bathroom. The pools was toooooo small. We don’t use it because don’t invite to use it. The view from the room was terrible but Because we are a outside all the time that wasn’t a terrible issue

The AC system is very different and I was not aware of how to adjust the room’s temperature until I called front desk. They could have been told me since I arrived. Other than that, it was a great experience.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed, it’s a very nice hotel. The beds & pillows are so comfortable & the shower is amazing.

I would absolutely stay at this place again. The staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. Wi-Fi was great throughout the hotel and check with seamless. The next time I come to the city, I will stay in this hotel again.
