Staff at hotel super helpful and friendly. I have stayed at 2 Hotel Bed4U hotels on my trip to Bilbao/Santander, both have been wonderful however the Santander hotel has been the best. We arrived to our room with 2 glass bottles of water, a welcome note and some sweets. A lovely touch!
The location of the hotel is great, you can walk into the centre if you’d like but there is a train station just beside that takes you one stop into Santander in a few mins. Stations are accessible.
The hotel was impeccably clean, both rooms and general areas. Did not eat or drink in the hotel however breakfast service did seem nice.
Will definitely stay at Bed4U’s in the future!

Quite new Hotel, staff were very nice, room was nice, breakfast was ok. Clean. Can be noisy due to location but with window closed it was fine, infrequent & difficult to understand bus service but walked everywhere instead.

Good hotel for the cost of the rooms. Nice rooms a bit far from downtown. Parking is free but there are not enough spaces sometimes. Restaurant inside not recommended . Breakfast is good

The team were really really nice. Great little gym. Room and bed super comfortable. The hotel is outside the city center which is perfect for exploring the region and the beaches and little villages. We had a great stay!

The room was amazing, very clean and spacious. Lovely staff. Very close to the airport and port. The hotel area feels a bit industrial but it’s a short walk to a park and from there to many dining options.

There’s a railway station next door (one stop to the center of town) and it’s close to the best seafood restaurants in Santander in Plaza Cabildos - Casa Jose is a personal favorite although the proprietor owns another four restaurants around the plaza! We had a large suite at Bed4U but didn’t make a special booking so perhaps all rooms are like this. It’s quite new, bathroom very clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast buffet is excellent. If you’re driving, pay close attention to GPS directions - the entrance is easy to miss, and if you go past you’ll have to go round again on a very big loop on freeways and roundabouts. Once you’ve figured it out it’s easy enough, and well worth the trouble - this hotel is a find.

Great hotel. Not in the centre but we walked in around 20 minutes. Its also right next to train sration and bus outside. Special mention to the cleaning staff who did a fabulous job- my daughted loved your note and the sweets ❤️
