Paid for a week left the place in two days…….would rather go Hone then stay another night!

Solid stay. was put in a Bungalo room after realizing my reservation was for an accessible rtoom. The Bungalo was spacious but very tired - TV was small and the remote didnt work, furniture was dated. Nothing 5 star about that room. The rest of the property was nice - gym and pool areas, lots of dining options, etc.

I know that my stay was during the off season, but I was surprised that the Terranea Resort wasn't in better shape. The pools were "open" but there were no clean towels available, and the slide was not running which was disappointing for my kids.

This was an excellent stay and I was impress with how friendly the staff was overall. The housekeeping services these ladies were excellent. The transport by Lexus shuttle those guys were excellent also. The checking encounter absolutely excellent. It was clear that there are some staffing challenges, but none of them were oral to my stay. Also, Yes, need to also be willing to be patient because this exist everywhere. There is always an opportunity for improvement, but we are make small errors. We hope to return next year. However, I will be sharing my experience and recommending it to my friends and associates.

Amazing resort property with fantastic grounds for outdoor activities, amazing variety of restaurants. Celebrated a big birthday with pleasure there. Will most definitely return for another visit

This resort is amazing and the staff is wonderful!

Wonderful family friendly resort, ocean front, with traditional Mexican architecture. Having a villa with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen enhanced the experience for the entire family. Lots of kids activities and plenty of place to run and play.

Information about the property was never properly noted to me. The housekeeping staff did not thoroughly clean my room. The same debris remained on the bathroom floor throughout my stay. The glasses were not washed. I feel the resort fee additional to my room rate was outrageous since I never used any facility on the property.

Completely understaffed for how busy it was on Labor Day weekend. Getting meals was an hour and a half wait for room service. Restaurants on site were only taking reservations. Ended up eating in lobby bar for lack of better options which the service was not good due to how busy it was. Food took forever.

The property is gorgeous and the staff was amazing. However, We arrived a few hours early Saturday in hopes of enjoying the amenities. Pools were nuts (vegas style) especially the adult pool, which wasn't expected. Crazy and with no accommodations possible. Check in was supposed to be at 4 and we couldn't get into a room until after 5. Sunday, luckily was nice and quite. But with such a late check in Saturday evening and an early 11 checkout with no accommodation for late check out, it made for a quite expensive sleep over. Property and Staff were all top notch, as I would have expected. Even though we must have just picked the wrong weekend to stay, we would definitely try again.

Worst resort experience of my life. I will NEVER be back. Don’t know if we were put on some sort of secondary list because I cashed in some of my one key rewards, but I earned those rewards staying at the finest resorts in the world. And the service we got here was insulting. Literally second class citizen treatment. We asked ahead of time for a microwave because of my daughter’s severe allergies. Room had no microwave. Took a day and half to get one (after multiple phone calls). Anything we ordered from room service took 90+ minutes (if it ever came at all, which sometimes it didn’t). And forget about getting a bell hop/checking our bags before leaving. The poor girls at the front desk were trying their best to help. There was no dedicated maitre d ever to be found. A couple of the accessible staff, god bless their hearts, admitted to be trainees and overwhelmed. The staff, as a whole, was assembled of well meaning and nice individuals, but were mostly undertrained and incapable. Restaurant reservations were lost. This stay was a nightmare from start to finish. Never, ever again. The literal hours wasted waiting for things that are normally readily available. Hours. Doubt that this will be ever be read; but if it is, know that I have made it one of my missions to dissuade anyone from ever staying here.

this was such a disappointment. i took my wife here for her birthday. we go here for special occasions. this place has really gone downhill since the last time we stayed. the staff was so unorganized - its clear there is no management. there were too many bad things to list all of them but at every turn something was either wrong or late or missing. -they are over capacity and letting in non-staying people to the adult pool. it was trash. -the hot tub at the Vista pool was luke warm bath water and disgusting. -we ordered room service to avoid the crowds. 1.5 hrs late... and then wrong! they blamed being under staffed. -room 5208. missing the table for the patio. so couldn't enjoy our drinks. -the cafe ran out of breakfast items... -icing on the cake: even with parking being $67 a night and we did valet, they were so incompetent that we got the keys and walked to our car to get out of there. this place turned into a knock off Disney World hotel.
