Nice motel. Very friendly and informative at check in. Park in front of room. Had a bedroom, living room, and kitchen area. All clean and comfortable.

We only stay one night on our way to Dunedin but this is a decent place to stay. Close to city centre but not quite walking distant to most.

Staff were very helpful and able to recommend restaurants that offer guest benefits. Also told me about the adjacent gardens which I now wish I had many more hours to explore. Room was well appointed if you wanted to do some self catering.
