We were in a lower unit. The good: spacious and homey feeling room. Bed comfortable. Nice deck outside and firepits. The poor: The people above us were constantly thumping around. Bathroom toilet leaking (entire bathroom in need of updating) towels and wash clothes worn. Electronic door lock worked 30 percent of time, complete hassle. First time I ever stayed in a hotel/motel without a clock/radio on the nightstand. We wanted to try the restaurant but it was very busy. I believe it is the only option in the area.

I booked a room for 3 people and the room had 1 bed. Staff is off site and unhelpful. Bed was horrible with a cheap piece of 3 inch foam on top. Blinds were cheap and let outside light in. Room was noisy. TV remote had dead batteries. I could go on.

The Hotel was in a great location away from the main drag but not too far. It was also very quiet and we loved having the restaurant on site for breakfast each morning.

Had a quick girls trip with my momma. This Inn has a quiet homey feel and none of the hectic chaos of many Branson hotels. Will absolutely be our go to stay in the future!

Loved this hotel! Perfect for couples. The Bradford has a B&B feel to it with each room being decorated in a different theme. Beautiful views of the city off the back deck. We stayed in #25 which was a king room on the ground level. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was soft. I highly recommend having breakfast or at least a cup of coffee at the Steamy Joe Cafe. You get a 20% discount there. The only thing I would have changed is the shower curtain liner. It had mold on the bottom. We would definitely stay at The Bradford again.

I did send an email asking if the room was wheelchair accessible but immediately sent an email rescinding that. We did NOT get our premium room but instead got a regular room that was wheelchair accessible. I wish they would have called or communicated this to me prior to the stay to give us the option. We will definitely stay here again. We also highly recommend this property. The location has spectacular views and is very relaxing, calm, and peaceful. We did buy two bags of coffee from the cafe. Crazy good coffee!
