Nice boutique hotel near the beach. Average breakfast. Friendly staff.

5 night stay. +: English speaking (quite well) Joao was helpful. All staff was friendly. Enjoyed sauna on rainy days. It would be great to have a timer though. Delicious breakfast. Till 10.30 am. No need to rush. Food is pretty much the same every morning. Nice location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Smart use of the room space. Felt comfortable and divided into zones. -: Compact building, nowhere to walk. Only one public space. Having an extra window in the room makes it lighter, but that window faces inside the hotel. Light sleeper could be disturbed by the loud guests if they decide to talk passing by. And they would. Noiseproof could improve. This hotel is located in residential area. Dogs, construction, yard work - you hear everything. No bikes that were announced online.

I liked everything! Location, staff, decoration, breakfast. It was also clean and they were enforcing all of the safety measures for Covid19. I would like to have had more movie channels. I'm saying it more as a suggestion. Overall, it was perfect and I totally recommend if you want to be in a peaceful, beautiful, well located and very cozy and nice place. They were really great! I have been recommending them to everyone I meet.

Property was very boutique like and very nice .. it was in a nice area as well . I didn't like the fact that the air-conditioning did not work properly and it was very hot … the room was very , very small and the ceiling fan did not work and last there were mosquitoes in the room making for an unpleasant stay and early departure . On a plus side the reception staff was very friendly but they could not fix the air conditioning or ceiling fan .

The staffs are very friendly. The amenities are wonderful. Very close of the beach. We had two desgustations delicious and the more important: No additional charges. I missing only the swimming pool, but this is the minor detail

It was a reallylovely hotel close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The beach is lovely. All the people we enountered were lovely. Very little English is spoken but this shouldn't stop anyone visiting this lovely location - just use your google translate!

This hotel is a great choice for those staying in Jurerê Beach for a few days, nice rooms with nespresso machines (5 R$ extra), clean bathrooms and comfortable bed. There´s a Sauna and the breakfast is very nice as well, there is a lot of restaurants and bars nearby also.

This is an outstanding boutique hotel. Clean and beautiful, with the core amenities. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable and have a charming aesthetic. The hotel restaurant is just down the block and is very good. The caipirinhas are some of the best we had. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They make you feel right at home. Perfect spot for a hiding out in Jureré, Floripa. Highly recommended.

Just kiddy corner, there's an another same named but more bigger hotel It was not easy to find this hotel as a fist time visit. But staffs were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean but the last we found bugs in the seat. The TV was not properly set but they fixed the problem as soon as notified. The breakfirst was a liitle less value than normal hotels in Brasil, but also friendly staffs.

Just spent 4 days at the Villas del Sol y Mar and loved it. The room (suite - living room/bedroom) was small but very clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor areas were lovely and the breakfast was great. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating and there was always someone that spoke English available. If you plan to do anything besides be at the beach, you should rent a car, which is what we did. There are lots of interesting things to do on the island and lots of fantastic beaches to explore.
