Staff were fantastic! Buffet breakfast was very good! Only bad thing was the wifi. On the 5th floor it was hit and miss. Nice pool but cool, friendly pet dog, very helpful staff.

Rainforest nice was gold! They help you to have all what you need. The building is old but its nice and in a great place in Chang Mai.

The hotel was a nice place close to the bus station. So it was very convenient. The staff were friendly. It is not fancy but we didn’t pay for fancy.

The staff was great, very kind and accommodating, helped us book some tours. The hotel is a bit outside the city, which was actually wonderful, since Chiang mai can be quite busy and noisy. There was 2 pools, a nice restaurant with decent food. There was always a taxi available outside the hotel, which we used every day to get places. About 150-200 Bhat, 10 min drive to downtown. We also used the laundry service offered across the street by the taxi service, much cheaper than in the hotel. We got massages at the spa, and the massage therapist was wonderful! However, the spa is located in the basement under the pool and smelled terribly of mold. I almost couldn’t stand being there for an hour. Overall a good experience!

The food at the restaurant is delicious and fair prices and the breakfast is unbeatable, with lots of variety for any adventurous or picky eater! 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be staying there again when I come back to Chiang Mai

This was a functional hotel with easy access to the city. The staff was helpful in booking transportation and having two pools on property was a nice feature. Our room was not very clean though and there was mold in both bathrooms. The bathroom windows would not close and their were holes in the mesh so bugs kept getting in.

It’s a little farther than I expected from Chiangmai. The hotel run taxis etc at a good rate. They also run day trips to all places worth visiting. The hotel will pick you up from airport for 400 THB the local taxi will cost 200THB. the breakfast was excellent.

Ok so the thing is it doesn’t really look like the photos at all. But alas I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were okay. And there are two building, one’s more of a lodge where we were expecting to stay and where I’m guessing the photos are from, the other is more of a building, the rooms we were in were more dorm like and the beds not great. But there were plenty of positives: the free transport to the market, the distance to the market, and the staff were brilliant. Honestly it did what it was supposed to and for the price it definitely was worth it’s value.

This hotel woorks well for a longer stay in Chiang Mai. The pools are clean and pool areas suitable. The restaurant and breakfast are good with a variety of dishes. Great coffee btw... I highly recommend this oasis pretty central in Chiang Mai.

Overall this was my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai. It has a wonderful atmosphere and a great escape from the busy city. The location of the hotel was pretty far from the main visiting areas, but the hotel provides shuttles and there are taxis everywhere. The pool was clean and tranquil. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating. The room was clean and peaceful. My friends and I loved this hotel!

Loved the vibe of the hotel and the pool was lovely. Rooms could do with a bit of maintenance and on site restaurant was a bit meh. Free breakfast buffet was good. Would have been nice to have had more than one door key too

First they provided us with a very old room and when we were moved to the correct room, the aircon was not working and same for another room. We had to find another hotel at 9.30pm.. not a pleasant experience

We moved here for our last night in Chiang Mai so that we could be close to the bus station for our early start the following morning. The main reason for our low score overall was how we felt we were being scammed by the hotel when we booked a private taxi to take us to the bus station the following morning (10 minute ride at most). We were told it was booked and that we would have to pay the driver and the cost would be 120 Baht, a little on the expensive side but we thought that with a car at least it would be quick and comfortable. The morning we were leaving, we reminded the reception that we had booked a taxi, there was a look of confusion and some checking and we were asked to wait in the lobby. The time came and went and 5 minutes after the due time we went back to reception to ask about the car, we were told to come outside and it would be arriving. It was clear that no booking had been made and we were being expected to pay 120 Bt for a local song theaw, a van-like shared transport we had used a lot round Chiang Mai and were ok with, but not the price! They usually charge 30 Bt per person and we'd even had a round trip out of town for only 100 Bt earlier in our stay. What's more, we were expected to share the van with other guests; unacceptable as we thought we'd booked a private car for that price. We negotiated to bring the price down, but it was irritating when we thought we'd booked a car, like at other hotels. Not impressed! Otherwise, ok hotel at best.
