Modern. Stylish. Got a free upgrade in the room and got welcomed with a free welcoming drink and some desserts. The receptionist Benedeck Para (hopefully got the name right) was very courteous, friendly and helpful with all our requests upon checking in and also upon further requests. Breakfast was very crowded after 9am. We also got extended late check out. Location is okay, need to take bus/metro to go to Buda Castle, Parliament and other major attractions. Lot of cafes and resturants around to dine in. On our last day, the air condition stopped working, but the hotel staff gave us a fan and opened our windows

Good, centrally located yet quiet hotel with a very nice lobby, a good hotel restaurant, a well-equipped wellness area and very friendly, helpful staff.

Hotel was very convenient location for both public transport and walking. Lots of nice restaurants and bars near by. Hotel was great and staff were friendly. Would highly recommend. Couple travelling for weekend from UK.

Great room and location. Rooftop pool is wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated hotel location.

The hotel overall is good. The reception staff are fantastic and very helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. Unfortunately the breakfast staff were very unhelpful and even rude on many occasions when simply asking them if they will be replenishing items at the buffet (which is basically the main part of their job). Noticed small things like toilet paper that had ran out at the wellness/pool area toilet, changing rooms unclean, cutlery & napkins running out at breakfast. Small things but things that should be simple to fix but nobody appeared to really care to do so. Lovely hotel but just feel like a lot of the staff weren’t interested.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast choice and a real bonus having the roof top pool to dip into after a hot day of walking. Only thing that would have been nice was a quieter aircon system!

Easily accessible from the airport (100E bus) M, excellent service, friendly staff, excellent pool/ spa facilities

Great location, 10-15 mins from the river, which was nice, but great streets all around, lined with nice restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Lovely room, staff were so helpful. Pools, saunas and roof top area was great to relax before/after sightseeing. Really comfortable bed and hotel style and decoration was lovely!

Had an amazing girls trip .. New York cafe , MazelToh , clubs, spring bath all are near by this hotel. Every penny worth. Perfect location ✨💫

Beautiful hotel located in the Jewish quarter. Great location for exploring the pest side of the city. The hotel spa was fantastic and the breakfast was really great, lots of choice. On a couple of occasions they served the most amazing lemon cake! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was exceptionally clean

Great location and very friendly staff. Having the pool on the roof is amazing especially after a long day in the hot sun. Would highly recommend this place and location. The public transport is so efficient and if you like walking then everywhere is within close proximity.

Impressive hotel, excellent staff, breakfast is very good! Roof top area is great for sunsets and a dip. I noticed a group doing Yoga on the roof as well, wish I’d have planned to do that. Location is excellent, just outside of the centre but close to Ruin bars, cocktail bars a restaurants. Car park very convenient. Can’t fault
