People were nice. The food was terrible. The listing makes it appear that the continental breakfast was free. It cost $10 and was disguising. The eggs-hard boiled-were off. The melons weren’t ripe and couldn’t be cut. The cinnamon rolls were stale. Dinner was not really a good selection but I was fooled. The grilled cheese was great. That’s why breakfast the next day was so disappointing. I was trapped. There were no other restaurants around. I was happy to leave despite the nice people.

Nice clean hotel close to Logan Airport. The staff was very friendly and obliging. Good breakfast. Shuttle to the airport at any time. Five minutes walk to underground station.

Check-in was quick and friendly, setting a great tone for the stay. The food from the in-house restaurant was delicious, and the overall experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I am a Hilton Honors member and was told, as she "looked down her nose", that since I booked with Hotels.com I can't get points!
Also, I honestly believed that Breakfast was included but then I was told, "No!"

Popped in after a late flight. Desk staff was not particularly friendly, and the hallway could use a vacuum, but the room was clean and comfortable.

This is a nice hotel that is close to the airport. A little noisy due that. My biggest problem was with the $20 per night charge to park in their nearly empty parking lot. That should be included unless you are leaving a vehicle there.

We stayed the night after our trip from the uk. Great airport pick up and drop off. We didn’t pre pay for breakfast but it was a plentiful breakfast with great service

We were there one night only. Very busy hotel, front desk staff was very cooperative and got us a room near elevator. Room & bed were comfortable and clean. The only negatives were ice machine not working, had to go down 1 floor for ice. Carpet throughout halls and room was very dirty looking and discolored in areas. On-site restaurant was good, but expensive, no free breakfast.

My room was huge!! Lots of space. I was right next to the ice machine, but never heard it. Good soundproofing. Also, quick warm shower so I didn’t waste water waiting for it to warm up. Really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast as well

This hotel is way overpriced for the location and general condition of the property. There are other “airport” options that are in better condition and less expensive… and include breakfast. I can’t believe with a $350.00 room charge the hotel charges $10.00 for a “cold breakfast, and more for whatever else is on their menu. Save your $ and stay somewhere else.

The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. We easily checked in and were given our room keys. I was a little surprised that at 6’4’ I was given a disabled persons room, everything was way too low to the ground.
The breakfast was great. The only issue at breakfast was the two inebriated customers being served alcohol, they apparently were guests of a hotel staff member. They were loud and obnoxious, one approaching me while I was eating my eggs in a very intoxicated/disturbing manner. I took the remainder of my food back to my room.
