I made the payment through the website (agoda.com). However, they told me that I had not been paid when I checked in. After waiting for a while, they solved the problem. However, it was both a waste of time and a demoralizing situation. I do not know who caused the problem, I hope these problems do not occur again.

The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room.

Totally not recommended, look somewhere else. We had booked this hotel for a sleepover on our way home but we couldn't sleep in as the air-conditioner was undersized capacity, it was very hot inside the room, I assume it was around 40 degrees.
Trip hazard on the stairs to where the child beds are located (I tripped and also my daughter fell and hit her head).
Very small rooms, not possible to enter with pushchair (or you can enter but not possible to close the door so the pushchair needed to go back to the car.

Nobody was in the reception. It took me half an hour to use the self check out machine but still failed. The room was extremely small. Not enough facilities in the room.

I chose B&B Avignon because few days prior we stayed at this B&B in Ulm,Germany that was fantastic! But this B&B is absolutely awful!
Those type of hotels that you get scared off when you walk in the parking lot.
We have kids and we didnt like the type of people who also stayed in. More like a "hourly motel" type.
Very very disappointed

This is a relatively cheap hotel, basic, basic, basic. A little tired. Delivers what it promises although in was a bit odd.
