Charming Luxury Lodge & Private Spa offers 16 accommodations with private spa tubs and MP3 docking stations. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down comforters, and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 50-inch LCD televisions come with satellite channels, first-run movies, and DVD players. Guests can make use of the in-room microwaves and minibars. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with jetted bathtubs and rainfall showerheads. Bathrooms are also outfitted with bathrobes, slippers, and designer toiletries.
An outdoor pool, a children's pool, and a spa tub are on site. Other recreational amenities include a sauna and a 24-hour fitness center.

This property is beyond beautiful. Charming is the perfect name for the hotel. Everything was great - from the rooms and views, to the location and impeccable landscaping. But the best part was the staff, especially Alejandra at the front desk. She was lovely to chat with and was extremely helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel.

Fantastic friendly staff. Found the rooms to be dated. Dinner was very good. Breakfast so so. We had an issue with the underfloor heating bento hot and had to sleep most the night with the ac on to cool us down.

The staff are great !! The pleased everyone in my group. The cleanliness was superb . The breakfast was awesome . The facilities are lovely . Perfect for a honeymoon

The location of this hotel is amazing and views are incredible. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I think the in room spa is not as useful as a large up to date spa facility. The breakfast was very good.
The disappointment was that their pool /hot tub area was not on par for a luxury resort. Plastic lounge chairs. Old hot tub that wasn’t hot enough. They could make a huge upgrade by fixing that.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is incredible, the rooms are so cozy and perfectly situated for amazing lake views. The breakfast is great, the service is great, the location is convenient. I highly recommend!

Amazing, everything was better than I expected. The staff and services were superb. I will come back 100 times! The room was very spacious, with a private jacuzzi tub and a private sauna! Everything was clean. The mini fridge, electric kettle and microwave gave us a lot of freedom. On the days that we weren't hiking, we spent the day in the heated pool or going to the beach using the hotel's private entrance to the lake. Amazing in every way!

The Charming Lodge is exactly that - charming! The location is wonderful. Close to town and easy access to other points of interest, as well. It is right on the lake and the views are breathtaking. The staff is absolutely wonderful - sweet, kind, and eager to please. The accommodations are wonderful. The food is AMAZING!

The staff is incredible, the hotel is beautiful. The view is amazing, the breakfast is incredible. The staff go above and beyond to make the guests feel special. Words are not enough to describe Charming Hotel. I look forward to staying there again.

Totally clean and wonderful property with spectacular views from the room and jacuzzi bathtub!
The only imperfection was the occasionally slow service in the dining room where communication was sometimes a bit difficult.

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. The view from our room and also from the dining room was unbeatable. The only negative may be the many stairs to get to some rooms for people who have difficulty walking. We definitely would go back to this lodge and recommend it highly. We are experienced travelers.

I made a reservation to this hotel but could not go on those dates. Since I did not even receive a confirmation email from either the hotel or Expedia, I wrongly assumed the reservation was not confirmed.
Imagine my surprise when I get my Visa statement and I am charged the full amount of the stay, over $1400! When I called Expedia the refused to help me stating that "they could not go against hotel policy". I emailed the hotel but received no answer whatsoever. I feel really ripped off. I will never use Expedia again and as far as this hotel: BUYER BEWARE! They are thieves!

Beautiful property, amazing staff, great roomy rooms. Lots of character. Great food. Travel a lot and tgis was an amazing scenic and friendly place. Would absolutely stay again.
