VERY FRIENDLY staff awaiting our arrival. Gave numerous suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. Room was sweet and most importantly, clean. We just stayed one night and were off to other adventures, but would recommend the Lido to others!

Pretty clean place. Large rooms with lots of amenities.

We spent a lovely night at the Lido on our way through the area - great service, great facilities, great location. Can’t say enough good about the Lido and definitely plan to return for a longer stay.

This is an older property that they have excellently maintained and updated. The room has a couch with a comfy throw blanket and heater fireplace. The kitchenette is adorable. Bathroom is upgraded and well designed and stocked

Very quiet, nice and clean, owner is super friendly and helpful. Room was big with extra nice touches (chocolates, popcorn, etc), nice little fridge and microwave and beverage bar area. Bedding was comfy. Only thing we would change would be the location of the smoking area outside. We felt it was too close to the rooms as we were sitting outside, and the cigarette smoke was very strong and blowing our way. We also had an issue with the hot water in our room but the owner was very apologetic and very willing to get it fixed immediately. The only problem was that by the time we found out the hot water wasn't working, it was too late at night to get it fixed as the owner had to access it through a different room. So we didn't have hot water that night or early the next morning. If you're staying here, check to make sure the hot water is coming through, sooner rather than later 🙂. Otherwise, cute little place to stay and we would recommend it.

This place is magnificent, the location is perfect and so are the accommodations. The bed was super comfy, shower was excellent, and they have everything you need. We were able to walk to an incredible restaurant (The Steamboat) and also walk to grab a coffee too. Val was super friendly and helpful when we checked in and even offered us tips on what to do. Absolutely fantastic experience!

Such a cute stay here this past week. We loved the kitchen area and the bathroom was great. It had all the stuff we needed to make dinner on the road and it was so clean. The owner was so helpful. I wish we stayed longer. Saw big horn sheep in town.

Staff was very friendly and the space we rented was spacious. Came with the family and the environment felt like home. Owner was also very helpful in recommending activities and attractions in the area. I would recommend this place instead of a franchise hotel.

Nice and reasonably priced motel in Radium Hot Springs. About an hour southwest of Kootenay, Banff, and Yoho National Parks. Very hospitable front desk employee/owner. Great for groups.

We had a great stay. the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. the staff are very welcoming! I’d book again.

This was a great place to stay. Staff were wonderful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Had a kitchenette, and en extra bedroom. It felt very personable and peaceful. There were chairs outside where you could sit and relax. Walking distance to downtown. I would recommend this motel and would stay here again.

Uniqueness is room had 3 queen beds which can accommodate upto 6 people..Everything was great except other than shower bath which was too small.
