Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Room very clean, quiet and comfortable. Eating and shopping close by. Would definitely stay again.

While the room was nice and the beds comfy, we were disappointed with several things during our stay. First, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a nice pool and wanted the kids to swim since we'd been in the car all day. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order. We checked in as a family of 5 and there were only 3 towels in the room. We needed to use the couch/sofa bed and there were no extra sheets or blankets in the room so we had to call down to the front desk and they asked us to come get them ourselves. The tv was nothing special and only had live tv, not a smart tv and there was nothing to watch for our kids. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. Would not stay here again.

My overall stay was good. The only thing that was an issue was that the shower was not cleaned to my standards. It was hair and other things left in the shower. I had to purchase a shower mat and place a towel on to of that. I usually bring my shower shows but that was the only thing that made the stay uncomfortable

In the morning, the manager informed us the person who was next door to our initial room was charged a $250 cleaning fee because the room is completely stripped, everything is removed and cleaned -including the mattress! Other than that first room change, our stay was great. The hotel itself and our room were very clean. The bedroom door is solid with a rubber strip on the bottom, blocking out noise. We felt very safe. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. (And booking through hotels.com was very easy and hassle free)
