The room was small, but sufficient. The cost of just the room would have been worth it, but they charge you for everything. $50 valet charge daily. $30 food "credit" use it or lose it, but everything on the menu is over $17. Total scam. Ended up costing me ~$900 for a 2-night stay.

I left a note and confirmed with both front desk and management staff that a bouquet of flowers and champagne could be brought to the room for my wife’s birthday. I waited around all day expecting the delivery to surprise her and finally at 9pm went down to the desk when I was notified that they forgot and “would see what they can do”. This was an incredibly disappointing trip.

This was our second time staying at the Element in Miami Brickell. One of the best parts of this hotel is the location as it is in the heart of downtown and the amenities like the pool.
During this trip, we were celebrating our recent engagement. Melissa checked us in and right from the start made us feel so welcomed. The following day, Melissa surprised us by reserving an engagement themed cabana decorated with balloons, a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie spread.
It truly was so thoughtful of Melissa to put to this together for us and it made us feel so special!! Melissa is a superstar manager and represents the Element Hotel with the upmost professionalism and care! We cannot wait to come back!
