We had the best time for the short time we were there. The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable

The stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the doors. The first night we stayed in a standard rooms which was more than we could ask for. The additional nights we stayed in the room with the corner river view. Waking up each morning with a wall and a half window scenery was EVERYTHING!. Breakfast is a charge each morning BUT they give you such a variety for the cost. As soon as you enter the Harbor the hotel is one of the first things you see. It's in the heart of all the restaurants, stores and Ferris Wheel. The National Harbor did not disappointment one bit and neither did the Hyatt!

Im here at the hotel that I'm supposed to be staying at, I have my booking reservation confirmation, but I just found out that there is no room available. I tired to contact Hotels.com but i'm NOT getting any response. Extremely frustrating with how they're handling this matter. Time is Almost midnight here, I'm half the world away from home and I'm on the street not knowing what a heck is going on with my booking.

Extremely happy about the location of this hotel, the size of the room, the cleanliness of the whole hotel, including our room and it was just an incredible experience and the corner couch The room was absolutely the best!

Outstanding service, location, and rooms. The entire experience was excellent. Queen and Kimberly are exceptional!

Started out bad had to change rooms due to problems with bed couch very uncomfortable but staff was very helpful had to change rooms which was much better but tv
Went out for 4 hours and was not offered anything for that inconvenience

We had a great time at Hyatt national harbor. The staff were nice and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We stayed in a corner room and had a great view. In walking distance to tons of restaurants, pier, stores and cvs. Will be back. The bar happy hour had great drinks

At first it wasn’t so great. Gave us a noisy side and the automatic curtains would not work. But Jose’ came to our aid. He took care of the room tv and curtains. My hat goes off to to him for taking care of senior citizens. We are both in our 79s and was trying to celebrate 57 year anniversary. Thanks again Jose, at the national harbor!❤️

The Hyatt place was beautiful, comfortable and inviting. National Harbor is perfectly situated close to Washington DC and Alexandria. Water taxi opens availability to both! Would recommend this for those who want to do a quick weekend!

The housekeeping could be better. I found old blood stains on my pillowcase on the morning of our check out. Disgusting oversight. Seems they didn't care at all to fully inspect sheets. My fault for not inspecting as well. Not that I needed to.

Walkable distance to many restaurants and conference convention center at the Gaylord. The activities by the Ferris Wheel also offered a safe and pleasant area to end the evening while in town.
