It was a great stay. The people at the front dest were very helpful and nice. The food was amazing in the bistro and everyone was great.
My one thing is the website is a bit misleading. It made it seem that there were tours and shuttles provided for people who stayed at the hotel. Yes there is a shuttle to the airport but only in the morning. The website made it seem you could get a shuttle from the airport as well. Getting to the hotel from the airport is a bit of a challenge.
All in all the experience was good besides the little misunderstanding.

Nice hotel, clean, functional. Not sure if there’s a shuttle for airport pickups, they did offer one to the airport which saves about $40USD. Nice bar and car rental available in the lobby. No restaurant but they’re right next door to Public Deli which is an excellent restaurant with a small convenience store.

The onsite restaurant was very good, though offerings were limited. The main entrance was being renovated, so the entrance was through a door in the rear. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy to schedule. It would be even better if it also picked up at the airport. The only problem we ran into was the fact that it was freezing. We had to sleep in our clothes and coats. A member of the housekeeping staff came up to try to fix it, but it was clearly broken as the radiator dial spun around completely.

room is spacious. Staff is very nice and helpful. But would be nice if the room have sufficient plugs for electronics. We need to unplug the kettle and lamps in the room to plug in our electronics for charging.

The area around the hotel is confusing, it looks like it's in the middle of apartment buildings. Fortunately they have a large sign. It looks like the building is undergoing construction/remodeling, so it looks a bit sketchy from the street.
The room is very roomy - maybe too roomy given the amount of furniture (not enough). The temperature was a bit hot, but there was no option for a lighter blanket, only the duves.

Really lovely place and convenient from the airport. Please note, the free shuttle only takes you to the airport when leaving the hotel. It does not pick you up from the airport. The taxis were easy and quick to get outside of the airport but expensive for a 10 minute drive.

Outside was under construction, and only one small bistro nearby. the rooms were great, well designed but did not have any usb ports or ability to charge devices without an adapter.

Overall the room and bathroom were updated and clean, however there was a strong sewer smell that I think was coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. I checked in after midnight and went straight to sleep but the smell was waking me up at night and I woke up with a headache. I ended up breathing sewer gas all night. On the positive side there is a shuttle to the airport. You still need to get a taxi from the airport unless you have a car.

I checked in very late at 3:30am due to my plane delay. I requested if I could checkout late because we were extremely tired but the staff were not accomodating. They only provide one pillow and one blanket per person and no extra pillow is given. Good breakfast.
