The room was very nice and the staff was very nice. However we were supposed to get breakfast both mornings we were there and we never got breakfast. Also on the morning we were scheduled to leave, the porter showed up 20 minutes late and we had to carry our own bags up the crazy amount of stairs there. My daughter's neck and back are now hurting because of this. Therefore I can only give them 3 stars. They left us very disappointed.

Loved the location, smooth check in process, very hardworking staff / team esp kudos to Leo for walking our luggage on those steps!! He is amazing. Impressive service for bfast and we had a good selection of it everyday. It would be nice to have coffee creamers in the room. The rooms were cleaned everyday sometimes multiple times a day. Very receptive staff and will definitely recommend

I was looking forward for my honeymoon villia, however by the pictures on the website the room looked very different. They should have posted all 7 of the honeymoon villias, however I recieved a room with a different view. Also, I should have paid a 100 euros for 2 nights for a different room with a good view.
I had high expections for this 5 star hotel, but it came with a problem. The shower head ended up being very dirty. Even though the hotel service was good overall, I was not satisfied. I think this hotel was overestimated. I was really upset even on our honeymoon:(

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The room was consistently clean, it’s very well situated at the beginning of Oia making it easier to access. The view from the rooms are just magical and they serve you breakfast a la carte to your room which is beautiful and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Gorgeous property, overlooking the beautiful water view. Clean, aesthetic, and great customer service by all the employees. I could not have asked for a better experience in my one night stay here. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Worst : no remote parking door opener provided by hotel. Understand why they have only one door opener, but hotel manager never consider customer’s inconvenience. Need to call a front desk in/out every times. Feel not good for asking door open during night time, and missed an opportunity for taking stars picture. However, will not come back this hotel even all free room.
By the way, they have an excellent view, but no privacy.
