Very clean and spacious room with great amenities. Every thing worked well. Need better plug ins bedside And a real breakfast would be nice. There was a room full of snacks for purchase.

Check-in was quick but the clerk made little attempt to answer questions or be friendly. Our room was great- clean, spacious, well-equipped. It even had a small recliner. I wanted a bottle of water from the little shop but it was poorly stocked and had no water. The drop where you put your money and the form was wide open so we paid at the desk but it doesn't seem to be a priority. I didn't like the $25 charge that was refundable after the stay. I haven't checked to see if it was returned but it seems silly. Not sure what it's for but the price was great for such a big room with a kitchen.

The hotel was hosting a girls soccer team. The noise level well into the late evening was unacceptable. We could here kids running up and down the hall,doors slamming and parents yelling. No onsite authority to curb the chaos. Please consider putting teams together maybe on the first floor and the rest of us away from them.

Great location for ball park attendees. Stayed for a softball tournament and had zero issues. Room was very quiet and roomier than most.

Room was great, clean & spacious! The light above the sink was very dim. Had to rely on main room light to see.
Only suggestion, for the room size you need a bigger TV than a 40 inch.

We had to help a family member move to the KC area so we were very tired upon returning to the hotel each day. Our beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. Just what we needed!

It was close to where we needed to be and the kitchen was nice to have for 7 days on the road, the staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel has a wonderful location I stayed here for 5 days in total. Each unit is well equipped and has a nice apartment feel to it.
The few downsides were mostly service oriented. There was rarely a front desk associate behind the counter and when they were they were very dismissive. My room was dirty and the water was shut off for an entire day.
Overall it’s not a bad place to stay they just need to step up their service.

Very nice, clean rooms. We came for granddaughter's softball game so it was within walking distance. We didn't know the area so a complimentary breakfast would have been nice, but there was a pantry to choose from and the rooms had a full kitchen so it worked out. There also is no pool if you're looking for that.

Didn't get the rooms that we booked. Pull out couches the mattresses where horrible. And wasn't given a discount for having the wrong rooms just a refund of the correct rate.
