Run down and grotty. Very noisy and and no sound proofing. Workers banged on my door 30 mins after we checked in after a long flight asking us to move room as they had put us in the wrong room. Not worth the £200 I had to pay given the state of premises and the area.

The towers was old, furnitures are old no hanger for my coat, no remonte for the tv, blanket was old. Tall can do better. Macys hv some good tower on sale change them tower and blanket come on

Bad experience , you try to save a few dollars but it’s not worth it most of the time.. once in a while when they don’t gouge the price it’s ok. But when they want to charge franchise prices for poorly managed hotels it’s unacceptable.

Smells like ashtray and fabuloso “Maria” at front desk acts like a slumlord. What airport hotel doesn’t hold luggage?the one amenity they do not offer, very sad. This hotel is joke. Front desk has slumlord mentality. It’s cheap during the week but beware. Stay at your own risk. Once again the front desk woman has slumlord mentality with no knowledge of hotel or customer service. Terrible service. They refused to let us stay after we were late checking in. They not only would not refund our money, they kept our money for the next 2 days for two rooms. They basically double booked the room and collected rent for two rooms by two different people. Unbelievable. Hotels.com refused to help make it right. Our company will not use hotels.com ever again

Avoid at all costs. There was hair in the first bed. Then I moved rooms, went to have a shower. A bug ran out from under the towel and the handle fell off. And there was a constant high pitched beep right outside my door.

They have the audacity to upsell and gouge on the weekends. Don’t bother paying extra for different room types as they are not worth it. This place is fine for 85 plus nyc tax but that’s it. Front desk has no control of guest that are disorderly. Building smells of cigarette. Very few amenities if any. You get what you pay for here and it’s still Far Rockaway with new buildings on Mott. A train still there

Very minimal amenities and the whole place smells of cigarettes and fabuloso. But I have to say for $100 it’s fine for me in nyc. But you will get what you pay for and don’t expect much here. If you must oay more I suggest paying more elsewhere at brand hotels

There was cockroach and what appears to be black mould. The curtain was slashed so i was worried about my privacy in my room. I want my money back at least partially

Stains on walls and bedding had holes. Photos were not like online at all. If we were able to find something else we would have. Holes on doors and ceilings.

The room smelled like cigarettes, turning the AC on made it worst. All that smoke smell that was trapped in the AC came out once I turned it on. The mattress looked tired, definitely need to be replaced. Cigarettes butts behind the nightstand.

The room was discussing and not maintained smelled like cigarettes ashes everywhere and possibly bedbugs as stains of blood and sticky floors

Awakward neighborhood, no water available in the vending machine, food down the street, room had a closed in smell, interior of the building including the room could use some touch up paint though the young woman working the night shift was very friendly and helpful.

I strongly recommend avoiding this property as it is spartan at best. The room we occupied had no chairs, only sheets on the bed and only one working light bulb.In addition there was a strange smell throught the property.
