Absolutely amazing service, the food was lovely the staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was lovely and clean. Great location. Couldn't fault it at all. Would definitely stay again.

It is always good to come to the Hilton in Gdansk especially if you are driving. It has a great bed and a good location. The hotel needs to ask though, if you need 1 duvet on the bed or two.

The employee at the front desk at check-in and check-out was the first rude person I encountered in Poland. She lacked tact and is in dire need of customer service training. Made me hate my stay at your property. The young staff at breakfast were also unprofessional.

We booked this hotel as this was centrally located in Gdansk, and the best part is that its just beside everything you really need to see and experience. The downside is that the pool was closed and nobody had informed us about this. Although we were informed about the pool being closed and reopened before our arrival, it remained closed still after our arrival, which really dissappointed us. We then went to the Bar on 5th floor which was really a huge disappointment! If you call that a bar on a 5-star hotel then I really dont know what a real bar is called. It was the tiniest place with a small sofa in a corner, no place for alot of people - seems like this bar is taken care of in the summers when a lot of tourists come to the place with more chairs outside. Since the pool was able they had given discount vouchers on spa, but we still had to pay extra for thise sessions. I mean come on. If one big facility of the property isnt even available the least that could have been done is maybe a free spa or treatment session since you pay so much money for a hotel and then not getting the whole thing for the price. Cleaning was good. The service at reception was a bit down. Dont know how to greet properly and we could feel they perhaps didnt like to work ther. It was a bit negative although they did their job. Overall breakfast was average. The same food both the mornings. we stayed for 2 days. Just below average I would say.

Nice hotel, but very poor service in the reception, when arriving. Afterwards, some of the staff provided a smile and good/average service, not a 5 star service, not at all. However, they did great service when I asked to check out earlier due missing pool and fitness and a lot of noice due renovation.
