Good value for money but the hotel is not well maintened. Balcony is not safe for kids. No one cleaned our room on our second day. Swimming pool is really cold. Someone left his food tray in the stairs on our first day and it stayed there until we left. Not sure if eventually someone removed it. The hotel looks understaffed. Breakfast is so so. There was also a very bad smell outside the hotel on our second day, it was impossible to open the window with such smell. Next time I would rather stay in a hotel closer to downtown. This hotel has potential thought but they need to maintain it properly.

Very nice stay close to Kayseri airport. Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. Room was good for our family of 5. However. AC was only available in the main room and not in the inside bedroom. AC was pretty weak even at the highest setting

A sad experience to be back after half a year and to see how much the place has been run down in the intervening months.
It is one of those hotels where clearly a lot of funds were put in initially only to be neglected afterwards.
The place is kept very clean, which is good, but the faucets are wobbly and loose, the toilet roll holder is about to drop out of its screwholes, only a selection of lightbulbs seem to function, rain enters in through doors and skylights, and so on, and so forth.
But really, all of this is forgivable and forgettable.
The real news is that the restaurant no longer serves beer and wine. The top floor used to be a lively and welcoming place after a long day of work. It's now silent as the grave.
For me this is a dealbreaker: I want to have a beer or a glass of wine with my food. Nothing excessive, of course. But whether it is a result of encroaching fundamentalism or just the same disengagement as the neglect of the rooms, it is not acceptable to drink tepid water or fruit juice with my steak or Turkish hors d'oeuvres.
I will have to find another place when staying in Kayseri. Which is a pity.

Have a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms are big, spacious and service friendly and excellent. Breakfast is good and location is perfect if you wish to hire a car for stay in kayseri. Shall recommend and stay again when visit Kayseri.

Great experience. Lovely cave room in a lovely location. Great breakfast too and nice staff. The only minus is that parking can be tricky.

Spacious room, clean and modern. They even made up the room in the afternoon (we left at 1 pm, and the room was clean when we came back in the evening).
The only disappointment was the spa. We just wanted to use the swimming pool and sauna. But the man who was in charge was very pushy to sell us a massage. He showed us prices in dollar that were at least twice as high as the prices that were advertised in lira on the flyer in the room, but he said that were old prices. Anyway, we weren’t interested in a massage but he kept being pushy. Even when we left, he shouted from the back “guuuys, where are you going?! Massage massage”. We never went back to use the swimming pool, just to avoid this guy. Then, we were also required to buy a swim cap to use the pool. Never had to buy that in a hotel before, but ok (not that the spa was that hygienic: used towels were all over the place). The guy said it was only 1$. I asked for the price in TL but he said that it would automatically be converted if we pay upon checkout, which was false. We had to pay 30TL for 2 swimcaps. The exchange rate at the time was only 12 TL for 1$ so we refused to pay this. You can’t advertise prices in dollar and then take a higher rate. It was only about a difference of 6TL, but it was a matter of principle. After we explained this to the staff at the reception, they understood and we didn’t have to pay 30 TL, just 20.
Conclusion: If you don’t want to use the spa, this is a good hotel.

This was hands down one of the best hotel me and my family stayed at. Everything from the Room to amenities to staff were Excellent, it's 5 mins walk to Tram and a nice restaurant. The daily breakfast had numerous choice of items. The Owner & Staff were super-friendly and made our stay very pleasant. This will be my Go-to hotel if I am ever in Kayseri again!!!

This was hands down one of the best hotel me and my family stayed at. Everything from the Room to amenities to staff were Excellent, it's 5 mins walk to Tram and a nice restaurant. Amazing place to stay if you're going to the ski resorts. Prices for the shuttle could be cheaper. The hotel has incredible amenities and friendly staff to relax when you come back have room service until 2 etc.
