Everything was clean on the property but the distance to the beach was far. Also the rate that I had for a double bed room was doubled because they told me that it was not showing on their reservation, not sure what when wrong there. But property and staff were nice .

I love the peacefulness of this hotel, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Even though it’s not a beach front property, they do provide transportation and access to a near by private island (Big French Key). There are multiple swimming pools. They have a couple of restaurants so no worries about where to eat early in the morning or late at night as one of them is a sports bar which by the way, has live music some days of the week. There’s also a supermarket very close to it so if you stay at one of the suites, you can stock the full size fridge with goodies ;-). Thanks to Alison and Eldon at the front desk because as always they are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pool area and dining were a plus but the room we had was dark and very dated. It felt like low quality compared to what we were expecting. Overall, we would stay again and it Felt safe and staff was pleasant.

Overall, not much to do unless you plan on staying there and not leave the hotel. Restaurants are average and the food leaves lots to be desired for the cost.

The stay was amazing. The place is cleaned, quiet and safe. It has around 4-5 pools. There is breakfast, lunch and dining available.

Great stay, although the hot tub was not workng, TV had some problems. Could do better cleaning the unit.

everything about Clarion Suites is great from cleanliness, to customer service, to location which is convenient for various things one may want or need such as food and or beverage. it might be nice if at some point the pool will stay open at a later time perhaps 10pm whereas if the weather is hot one has the oppurtunity to enjoy more of this as an outdoor activity. i like the fact that free shuttle is also available to one either from the yatch and or the airport. this will be my 3rd stint at this pineapple villas and yes, i will certainly reccomend anyone to take a crack at staying at this location if so choose

We rented 4 rooms. First, they failed to pick us up at the ferry. Second, they rented us rooms on the 4th floor with a broken elevator and didn't have anyone to carry our bags up. Third, the door batteries were dead and had to be replaced after 3 trips to the front desk. Fourth, the AC was broken, and we sweat for a couple of hours while they tried to repair it. They eventually moved us to the room next door, which they should have done first. Then the wifi didn't work and had to replaced. Not a good experience at all. You can tell Clarion put a lot of money into this place, but it is managed poorly.
