Nice, spacious, views.

Old world charm.

The hotel was excellent with an outstanding and beatiful view of the sea and the cost. Swimming in the sea was wounderful and a very short walk to the old city centre with restaurants and shops. Of course the time has put some marks in the building, but that was only charming. We will definitely return.

The properties location and views were spectacular. Our bathroom was outdated.

The location was excellent and the private Pier was amazing.

Ac was not working

Great location and nice room. We had a lovely stay.

The communal space of this property is nice if slightly dated. However, the hotel is too expensive for the rooms to not have functioning A/C. After complaining, we got a fan to help move the air, but it was not nearly enough. The only thing we got in compensation was a "sorry for the inconvenience".

Location of hotel was perfect for short walk to town and to the port, hotel views and setting were brilliant. Staff in restaurant and breakfast dining were brilliant.

Rooms need some upgrades and too noisy between rooms

Wonderful property with gorgeous views overlooking Capri. The location was a five minute walk to shops and restaurants . They have a pool and a dock where you can swim from, accessible by taking an old elevator built into the cliff followed by a short walk down a corridor . The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The gotel has is in an amazing location. The pool and 'beach area' were great for relaxing, snorkeling snd sunbathing. Staff were very polite, friendly (in particular the team down by the beach) and even put a bottom of Prosecco in our room when they found out we were travelling Italy for our honeymoon. Breakfast food option was a little limited but overall was good

The hotel is in the most beautiful location. Overlooking the sea with balconies facing the sea.

Excellent location. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Excellent pool and sea access with good breakfast and poolside food. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are very very dated and in poor condition (had 3 rooms). If the rooms and especially the bathrooms were updated this would be a great property.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The views, the gardens, the location, the convenience, the water access - all excellent. My only criticisms are the rooms themselves definitely show their wear, and we had some bugs finding their way in here and there. Normally that’s a big no no, but you can tell it’s a very old building, so little bugs are bound to find their way in through a small hole or crack. Besides that, no complaints. It definitely feels like you’re staying in a palace, and it certainly is a true 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in Sorrento a few times, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had without going to the full 5-star hotel, and even then, because of the dining area, the pool, the garden, the beach, and the balcony views of the ocean, this is pretty darn close.

Everything was great. We would recommend to friends and will be returning again ourselves. The veranda off our first floor room had an amazing view to sit and watch the sunset. You're a short walk from the shopping and great restaurants. Make sure you eat at the place with the lemon grove garden! The only thing that is odd with the room is the old timey shower situation in the tub with it's tiny sliver of glass, but it worked.

We loved our stay here. I feel like the photos on hotels.com don't do it justice. The hotel is grand and beautiful. We were treated extremely well and offered refreshments at check in. They were happy to hold our luggage as well. We reserved likely one of the least expensive rooms on the 2nd floor overlooking the street. The noise from the street was quite loud but our second night we requested a fan and the white noise from the fan fixed that issue. There is AC but it is very light, which seems to just be Italian AC in general. The fan also helped w the room feeling cooler. Overall the room was very comfortable though. The property has an amazing pool and private pier with food and drink service. The morning breakfast is fresh and lovely. We ate dinner one night at the hotel and it was honestly some of the best food we has our entire trip. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Sorrento main square.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, from the rooms to the pool and restaurant patio area and all of the grounds. The staff was lovely and it is walkable into the heart of Sorrento with restaurants and shopping. Absolutely loved it here!

The AC at this hotel was terrible; the room always felt warm. The room itself is outdated, and the shower is the worst part. It's the smallest shower area I've ever seen—any plus-size person wouldn't be able to fit in it. I could barely move around for a quick wash. Additionally, we constantly had issues with the water not draining properly. Despite informing the hotel, they did nothing to fix it. The balcony was also disappointing—super small and uncomfortable to use for any length of time. The best part of our stay was the pool and beach area, which were really nice, and the hotel lobby and breakfast area, which are super luxurious. However, there's one strange thing: the elevator to the pool and beach area leads to a long, creepy, dungeon-like dark tunnel at the bottom.

Very spacious and very well maintained, quiet location , spacious room , walking distance from everything, great breakfast , polite staff , beautiful sunset views, would definitely stay here if we come back. Just don’t expect to watch a movie in your room to relax, tv is like a computer monitor, and has poor Chanel selection , pool is great and sun bathing pier is very nice

The hotel was having issues with AC so it never really cooled down in our room

Loved this hotel! We arrived and there was screaming from the room next door and the front desk accommodated us with a new room which we loved! It was corner room with 2 small balconies with amazing views. Breakfast each morning was lovely with a great selection. We enjoyed a few days by the pool and the swim platform on the water was a pleasant surprise. The hotel location is a short walk to the city center! Overall great experience and we will be back next year after the renovation!

This property in in a great location. Huge balconies and luxury outdoor areas with breathtaking ocean view. However outdated rooms need major improvements. My mattress and pillows were too firm. Staffs were great and very friendly.

This hotel is jewel in Sorrento and I was told it will have a major renovation!! The hotel is old but best and it has everything!! Restaurant, bar, pool, solarium, views, and it is cozy!! I will really like to go back My wife and I had a great time!!

We love this hotel! Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of Sorrento Harbor. The hotel also has a swimming pool and its own beach. Hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant to the swimming pool area to the cleaning staff, were extremely courteous. Short walking distances to the shopping area, the marina, the train station.

The room it’s not acordiding to the price, smell recent paint and many parts very old and damage like doors
