Horrible experience and ruined our entire stay. We were presented with a bill for a hand towel and bed sheet for a makeup stain, easily washable. The staff was rude. I would avoid and will not be staying again.

The hotel is super super noisy
You car hear people talking on the street and when asking for an other room u hear people screaming at the pool area ! Called reception to tell them to be more quiet ! They smile say yes ! But they didn’t do anything ! So one of the famous Thai smile is the hypocrisy one !
Otherwise the breakfast was good but the REAL service needs to be updated and be more caring for clients then just the money u bring in

This is a modern hotel with a helpful and efficient staff. We were able to get suggestions, book tours, schedule taxis, and get any help we needed from the excellent front desk staff. The hotel is also within walking distance to the Mayan shopping mall.

Room was spacious and clean. As I came during the cooler season (August), I don’t even need to switch on the a/c. The hotel is situated near Maya and pretty much Center of nimman road.

Pros: hotel is very new and clean. Room has a good size, is bright and clean, comfortable bed and linen. Staffs are friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast is available but we did not select this option when booked, but it looks like it has good variety of dishes to choose.
Cons: the room wall is paper thin and window cannot protect street noise. We were on the 8th floor but I could still hear people talk from the street level (not to mention traffic noise especially from local motorbike). With that I did not sleep well.
