Hotel was perfect simply.
Great room , very clean and tidy , close to shops and restaurants ( Aveiro is a very small town ) , excellent service and a great breakfast too.
Cannot write anything negative about the hotel at all.

The hotel itself is lovely, the staff is friendly but the booking was the worst kind of bait and switch. We booked 3 deluxe canal view rooms; we received one room twice as big as the others ad none had canal views. Of course the hotel is fully booked so there is nothing the friendly staff can do to make things right. It's fine hotel, they do not need to lie about what they are providing you. Deceptive advertising practices leave more than a bad taste in my mouth. The knowledge that there is nothing I can do to correct it only makes it worse. Reviewing the listings I see that while we paid for deluxe rooms with canal views two of our rooms were simply standard rooms, which sell for €25 less per night. The third, like the others, did not have the promised canal view. I am requesting that we be refunded at least the difference between what we paid for and what we received. Let’s see if the hotel does the honorable thing.

Very good hotel, very well modern furnished hotel with grea services and breakfast. Shower cubicle is small and they provide mall underground parking for 10

This hotel was great! It's right in the middle of the town, almost right on the water. Aside from the location, the staff was very helpful. They stored our luggage and also opened our beers! The only downside was that the photos posted do not reflect the normal rooms, only the suites, so our room was drastically different than what we thought we were getting. There was no city view, only a wall outside our window. So that was a bit of a disappointment. It was an overall good experience, just wish the booking was a bit more transparent, as we spent extra for this hotel thinking it was going to be a different/much nicer room.

This hotel is an amazing choice! Right in the center of everything. 5 min from train station. My room 209 overlooked the canal with beautiful views!

Beautiful property with a lovely breakfast. Central to everything. No parking on premises but ample parking at nearby car park. I was surprised there was no shampoo and conditioner in the room for this caliber of hotel.

The room was small and the bathroom was little bigger than a cupboard with nowhere to hang anything up,also when you had a shower the walls were running with water.

Loved the location; rooms quite cozy, clean. Bathroom and shower nicely rennovated, the shower stall a bit small but hot, strong shower water; staff friendly and polite, helpful.

It was excellent. We got to check in early, the room was comfortable, quiet, dark for sleeping, huge room and bathroom, plenty of space,staff excellent, breakfast good.close to everything, just across the road from the water. An excellent location to visit Aviero. Would stay again no problem.
