Lovely hotel and great location next to the ferry to travel to other towns in Lake Garda, train station and next to local restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was really nice with various choices on the breakfast menu. The only downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay and we had to have the windows open through the night which was slightly noisy as the hotel was near the busy restaurant areas. Other than that a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location, lovely staff, great room/bathroom. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Car parking 2 minutes walk from hotel. Good breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean. The location was convenient, right across from the ferry dock. However, I did encounter a few issues that prevented me from giving it a perfect rating. The hotel did not have an iron, there was a water shortage at 9.30am that lasted for 20 minutes, and the AC was not working on the second day. Despite these setbacks, I would still rate my overall experience as 4 stars.

We chose Bell"Arrivo because it was close to the train station Turned out to be an excellent choice, well situated, very nice staff and delicious included breakfast. We would definitely recommend!

Clean rooms, friendly front desk, a. Amazing views, right by the river. Breakfast was adequate (nit expansive since it didn't appear they have a kitchen). Was able to get extra bottles of water. Front desk was able to call us taxis as there aren't any car rental places close by.

Just a quick overnight stay but our room was so amazing, I wish we'd have had the option to stay longer. The bed was so comfortable and the views were amazing. Breakfast was excellent and my husband said his coffee was the best he had on our whole trip! Would definitely return.

Ideal location; a view to “die for”; the lake, the tourists riding bikes/boating; all the summer fun activities. Gelaterias left, front and centre. One of the best breakfast!!!!

The hotel is centrally located in the old town next to the lake. Some rooms have great lake and river views. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were clean and modern. Free bottles of water (frizzante/naturel) were brought to the room every day. Very good and varied breakfast! Friendly staff. Traffic noise may interfere during the day and noise from the terrace at night.
