Great location, very clean and neat, friendly staff

We were in Pgh for opera and visits with friends. The hotel was conveniently located, brand new, so very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We like Homewood Suites because of kitchenettes, where we can enjoy a late meal after the opera.Suggestion: table in kitchen area should have 2 chairs; we had only 1.

The breakfast was not enjoyable. Basically the same every day and the hot choices were not hot.

Quick overnight stay with my spouse, seeing our favorite musician, morning shopping trip to the Strip District followed by brunch. Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of everywhere we were going so we did not need our vehicle and we did not need to use Ubers or cabs.

The rooms we booked for our bridal end groomsmen party were clean and spacious. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel definitely needs more staff, especially overnight.

It was amazing we enjoyed the hotel very much. Only down fall was the hotel parking garage was small and hard to find space. The whole staff was very nice and super helpful in finding places that we would be interested in. We will for sure be coming back for our next couple getaway weekend.

Excellent hotel at a convenient location next door to the Heinz Historical Museum. Easy walk to strip district with lots of restaurants and bars. Close enough for a longer walk downtown. A large room with full kitchens, utensils, glassware and plates will partly pay for itself as you occasionally re-heat leftovers instead of going out to another expensive lunch or dinner. Floppy pillows; you may need more. Nice large, comfortable lobby and outdoor deck. A traditional hotel style breakfast. Nice little lobby bar that's open on random weeknights but always on Wednesdays for a social. A bit of a hassle checking in, especially if you're arriving late. I recommend calling ahead for instructions about parking while checking in. Convenient lot next door. Don't bother with the small multilevel garage. Friendly and efficient desk staff. We stayed for seven nights: loved it. Recommended.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was a bike traveler up the GAP trail, and they weren't spooked to have me checking in next to a wedding party. Clean, Comfortable , no complaints! About a mile from the GAP terminus.

Claudette one of the workers there was just above and beyond so helpful so sweet so kind. Most of the customer service there was great but Claudette was amazing. That said I had a sink that did not drain I would have to take a hair clip wedge it between the drain to get the water to go down there was also no conditioner in the conditioner bottle and there was no body wash in the shower other than that was pretty good

Front desk was extremely helpful with nearby restaurants . Room was well appointed, clean & comfortable. Location was convenient to tourist sights e.g. Mt Washington, Point State Park. Yinzer stores nearby to purchase additional Steeler gear and posters for my man cave.

Our stay was wonderful! Just in town for a Steelers game. Would definitely visit again! Very clean, comfortable, warm welcome, friendly service & great breakfast! Also within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Highly recommend Peace, Love & Little Donuts!

Hotel had run out of shower gel and had to provide small bars of soap. TV had to be fixed. Cabinet drawer would not stay closed and maintenance could/did not fix it. Housekeeping left a bag of food in the room. Housekeeping failed to replace a box of facial tissue where only 1 tissue remained.

Good hotel centrally located but a little by the side in a calm area. Good parking options but parking was not free. The hotell garage fills up quick. So then you have to use the open parking lot next to the hotel. I liked the open parking lot because it was near the hotel and had pretty good light. Daytime there was a guard at the parking lot. The hotel is very nice in the general areas but I thought the room would to be more modern and new. Furnitures, kitchen and bathroom hade some wear and didn't felt new. But it was ok. Breakfast was good and breakfast area big.
