Fantastic property in the old town, plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious, bed comfortable and the roof terrace great. The staff were lovely, friendly and assisted when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff and place was wonderful. So clean and beautifully decorated . Very helpful and answered any concerns we had right away . The only negative experience we had in the property was that at 7 am every morning the recycle and trash truck parked right in front of property and made so much noise collecting all glass bottles from all the restaurants in the square. The property is located in the center of the main square so it is very noisy. That is the only negative but everything else was wonderful . They have other properties that are not in the main square but unfortunately they were booked . Will love to come back and try those .

Excellent location. Centre of everything and close to all the areas highlights. Loved that we could potter around and have the option to escape the heat and return to the property and enjoy a rest and air con. The terrace was a lovely sun trap to enjoy a cold drink and people watch across the main square. The location is a blessing and a curse. For those that want a quiet spot this is not it. As it is amongst the bustle of the town it is very noisy at all times. The night time you will here music, chatter from the restaurants and bars and early morning wake up call from the delivery drivers, rubbish collection and the church bells in the main square.

No expense was spared with little details, such as a basket full of bathroom essentials (should you forget anything), and the cleaner checked in with us every day to see if we needed the apartment to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Dei Serafini and their properties to anyone wishing to stay in the centre of the old part of Polignano a Maré.

It was not what we expected it certainly was not the same place we viewed on line with a beautiful balcony over looking the ocean. To many stairs either about 10 steps for a bathroom going down or up. We made the best but not a place I would go back to.

Our room was nice. Great view of the piazza but it was super noisy at night. The hot water did not work and it was difficult to track the staff down in order to have it repaired. It took a day and a half to have it fixed. They changed the lock on our door and did not tell us. We were left scrambling to find out why our key no longer worked. The terrace which was advertised was not really usable as it was under repair and there was no seating on it. The included breakfast at the cafe across the piazza was lovely.

There was also a washer in the kitchen - very nice and not expected! Tonia and her husband were very helpful and took great care of us. They had us take a boat tour with Blue Moon and Davide (the guide) was very friendly. The boat captain, Guiseppe, was incredibly adept at maneuvering the boat in/out of the caves. I highly recommend taking their tour! The little town was quite charming and the food was incredible! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will definitely return and stay with Dei Serafini again and for a longer period of time. We had a wonderful time in this little gem!

We stayed at the B&B Dei Serafini for a quick weekend away. The owner arranged for us to park in their reserved parking off-site and had a driver pick us up. She met us with an umbrella in hand to protect us from the rain and made sure we knew about the free breakfast in the cafe next door. We had a fabulous stay.

It was in a small square, but close enough to the main square. Loved our time there and plan to return. Only trouble we had was having someone available in reception we had no phone to call upon check in.
