The hotel staff and the environment itself was very comforting. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were clean. The hotel itself is located directly across from a Target which is very convenient for all of the stuff that you may forget at home. The location to get in and out is great as well and you can tell that they have taken every measure to keep the hotel up to date and modern. My only complaint was they did not have a lot of options for people who don't eat pork products. The first day they had chicken sausage which was excellent the next day they did not have a non pork item for breakfast. Other than that everything else that they had was enough to fill my belly and be content. I still give them a five out of five, especially because the breakfast crew was willing to go out of their way to pull a chicken sausage and cook it for me. I have course declined because the girl was 9 months pregnant and I felt horrible, but like I said they had so many other foods that I didn't miss my chicken sausage. Highly recommend this hotel

Wasnt told that i had to pay $25 per night for parking when i booked it. Not for nothing but i spent $750 for two nights and than had to pay an additional $50 for parking. Kind of rediculous if you ask me.

Very good experience for my wife and I on our third time visiting while we attended to family in Revere. Very helpful staff and excellent quality facility.

We specifically stayed here because we needed a shuttle to the airport the next morning, and they offered that with leaving your vehicle in their parking lot while you travelled. We actually double checked by sending them a message to make sure before we booked. When we arrived we were told we couldn't leave our vehicle there! So we had to hustle to make otger plans. Food was also terrible. Probably frozen in a box and microwaved.

Reception staff exceptional. However at breakfasts guests had to keep asking kitchen staff for refills when things had run out. Also surprised to find that from what was already a very limited bar menu 2 items not available - how can you run out of burgers???? Would like to see more choice on bar menu. Also very limited to no gluten free options . Also sad to see throw away cutlery and plates on use - not exactly environmentally friendly !

Clean and very nice for a great price. Within 5 minutes to the blue line for easy public transportation. There were a lot of breakfast options as well. I would recommend to anyone!

There was just no iron in my room, the ironing board in my room was broken, the replacement ironing board was also broken but I was able to stick a pin through it to keep it up to get don’t what I needed to get done. That’s the only reason the CJ diction and facilities only got 4 stars. Everything was great.

Great overnight hotel where you would walk across the street, walk another 5 minutes and find a Wendy’s, a giant grocery store and other stores. Free basic breakfast but not as extensive as other Holiday Inns. Loved the free shuttle from the airport.
