It is a smaller motel but don't let that keep you from coming here. The staff was very welcoming and kind to us. They upgraded our room to a suite for us due to unforeseen circumstances. How lucky! It had a vintage feel to it, but it had many modern amenities, such as a beautiful tile shower with a great, powerful shower head with a great sink. It was very affordable and suited our needs just right. Just know that the highway is directly across from it, so you late-risers might not get to sleep in till checkout like you always do.

My stay at that hotel was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. There are unsavory people living in that hotel. There were even people who still had Christmas lights up. There were many people wandering around and when I would go to my car, I would be followed, I felt totally unsafe. There is no lobby to go into you. Talk through a small hole and a glass like if you were at a post office or someplace. the room I have to say was superficially clean, but it looks like someone had taken a ball-peen hammer the inside of the door had dents all over it Refrigerator also had dents all over it like someone had taken a hammer and hit it. I mean hundreds of times! This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There were actual hold burnt in the bedspread and also when I when I pulled the covers off the bedspread to make sure that I had left anything in the room at the bottom of the sheets there was a huge stain. . I was absolutely sick to my stomach when I saw that! The blinds and the curtains were also broken and torn, and when I opened up the curtain to look outside of my bedroom window, there were wheelchairs and potty chairs stacked up to the window beside the building and someone living in the hotel was putting those there. I will never stay at the OYO Alladin again. I will never recommend it to anyone to stay there, and I really think that there is more going on at that hotel than it simply being a place for people to sleep.

Had a great stay was there for couple nights. Room was clean and comfortable. Will use again. Really liked being able to walk to riverfront in mornings. Couple who ran it were very friendly and accommodating.

The place well located for walking to restaurants and 7-11. It was 5 min drive to the Historic Cocoa Village. Room was clean and comfortable. Check In was a breeze

The owners were professional and kind. They procured a brand new pack-n-play for my child upon our request. The room was clean and satisfactory.

Everything! In our room was below good. So we had a bed and refrigerator no lamps clock one chair shower curtin was ripped, no rugs air conditioning was headed directly on the bed. You had to deal with someone who was treating like you are going up to a drive in teller. There was no pffice. No mention of a ice machine. Hard to hear the person checking us in D/T noisy outside traffic. Have no idea how this received a outstanding review. It was terrible!
