The ULTIMATE disgust was unclean wash rags and towels folded and mixed in with the clean. I am just totally over staying in this hotel. Was not always like this.

The room overall was great. We got the suite with the hot tub. The hot tub did not work well and the jets were clogged. I couldn't tell if what clogged it was a cleaning brush or something else, but the hot tub ended up being a large bath tub. Not a total loss, but a let down....

The property was in a great area. The staff was helpful at times. The gym only had 1 treadmill and 1 bike, this is unacceptable. The remote was lost for 2 days. The staff attempted to find other remotes unsuccessful programming. Overall, good stay too many kids.
