I planned this stay for my daughter’s birthday and the hotel was beautiful. It was a little stressful there was no bel hop or valet- we were traveling with 4 kids and so many bags so we weren’t expecting that. When leaving there was no bell hop cart available so we had to make many trips with kids back and forth from room to car etc with our stuff. The restaurant was cute and accommodating and the highlight of our stay. When we got back to our room the floor had pretty large puddles of water and we noticed the air conditioner was dripping. Someone came up to help but I couldn’t dial out on the room phones they did not work so I had to call from my cell. The next day when we were all getting ready a maintenance staff just came in our room without asking and said he is there to fix the leak (that was fixed) and it was alarming. Also the hot water did not work for showers. I know the leak was a one off thing and uncontrollable but it was just kind of upsetting. Overall the kids had fun and staff was nice but a few bumps and the luggage thing and no valet definatley made this a very tricky spot for travelers to stay the parking garage was about a 10 min walk, next time I would not be able to stay here being from out of town and having multiple pieces of luggage, logistically it was hard

The hotel was fine. The service was mediocre. We were guaranteed a 3 check in. Our full room wasn't ready till 6 and even then the bedding was dirty- like gross stains in the sheet and comforter. When this was pointed out they did clean the bedding but otherwise failed to make the situation right. For what we paid, this was a crazy disappointment. I would not stay again.

The stay was one of the best hotel stays I have had. The customer service was 10/10, such kind, giving, and helpful staff all around. I would give the stay in total a 9/10, and the only reason it’s not a 10 is because the king bed we stayed in was pretty uncomfortable and extremely noisy, so if you turned at all you would wake up. Everything else about the stay was a 10/10.

This is the third time I chose to stay here and the service is consistently good. They helped me a great deal with this particular stay and I really appreciated it very much. The room is more spacious than in most hotels I’ve stayed. Will definitely look into staying here again.

Great location. Had the Family loft. Plenty of room. Two bedrooms interlinked so 2 good sized bathrooms and showers. Great gym with great views. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Would go back.

When asked if I could have a late check out to accommodate a work meeting, they told they me the hotel was 100% booked and couldn’t accommodate a late check out. However, they are still many rooms available through reservations when I checked on the website. Again, didn’t feel as if the staff were considering the request and gave a stock answer.

We had a wonderful experience at INNside Chelsea. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—safe, central, and within walking distance of many top NYC sights. One big plus for us is that it's so close to FIT, where our son attends college, making visits super convenient.
The room size is typical for NYC but very comfortable and spotless. The entire hotel has a bright, airy, and modern feel that’s also welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and welcoming stay in Manhattan!

It is very "mid-town" and I prefer a neighborhood setting, although it is just a few blocks from Penn Station. The room price varied greatly for the 3 days of our stay from $359 to over $600 (way too much $$$$).

The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is very good. The reason for less than 5-start was that they really struggled with check in and availability of the room which was delayed by more than an hour after expected check in. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great front desk service! Room was nice but smaller than expected ... and the lighting arrangement, while very fashionable was terrible for reading in bed. The breakfasts at The Wilson were great.
