Therese was an incredible amount of nois in the dining room.

Lovely hotel and service. Great food and varied every day. All good. Only criticism, beds were quite hard and indoor swimming pool was too small and too full of kids. No timetable was offer for adults only

Good service, the staffs are very nice and very helpful. Hotel is clean and the facilities are nice. The location is good, the beach is just outside.

The balcony had a double tiled step which was difficult to see and was a danger to myself AND my wife who gas sight problems
The towels in the room were old and thin. New investment on towels at least to the better rooms need considering
Our glasses in the room were not changed or cleaned throughout our 3 day stay. We had to wash and clean our glasses every day. Not hygienic.

Very nice pool area. And right by the beach where you can rent beach chairs. There was also a water park for children. The rooms are roomy and clean.

The pool is fantastic. Clean and safe. All the staff were really helpful on reception except for 1 man who let the team down - quite rude and arrogant when checking us in and when we needed some help with our room also. The lady that did the Bingo on 7th June made up for it though :)

We came for the first time to this hotel. When we arrived the person at the reception was friendly but just checked in without explaining the accomodations. Where we have to go for breakfast or how to go to the beach. That was a pitty. The food at the hotel is really nice and you have a lot of choice. Every evening there is a theme for dinner. The personal in the restaurant and at the pool are really friendly and nice to kids. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Every day they came with fresh food or ice cream at the pool for free for everyone.
In the pool the kids cannot use a floatable toy although it's a family hotel and the pool is really big. Overall it was a nice holiday and we had a lot of fun.

We really enjoyed the activities for both children and adults. There should be kettles in the rooms. The free filtered water was excellent. The buffet was one of the best we have visited, but a bit crowded.

Wonderful hotel, lovely room (290) with double balcony over looking the pool and sea view. Food was wonderful too. Will definitely be back soon.

Very well organised and well appointed family hotel. We had an apartment with half board but all inclusive is available. The apartment had a basic kitchen and there’s a supermarket almost opposite.
There’s direct access to the beach from the swimming pool area.
Travelling with a coeliac and Spain, and this hotel in particular, seems very well set up for gluten-free eating.
