The worst hotel ever. Please don’t visit this hotel. They charged me on the day I made reservation, and again on the check-in date without my permission. Because of this double payment issue, I gave them all my card invoices and proofs that I paid twice and asked them to check their bank account again. But what they do is ignoring my email and refuse to give proper evidence. In addition to that, their reception desk only opens for 5 hours a day and never answer your question through email, whatsapp, and hotels.com messages, you will never get help from them. Hot water didn’t come out at night but I couldn’t get any help. It is hard to keep your luggages, too. I’ve been to many hotels but this was my worst experience ever.

We booked a penthouse terrace which by “some”photos shows a balcony which one can actually see out off … unfortunately it was a 5 foot solid wall balcony which one would have to stand in to see out unless we only looked at the sky. Next day after complaining was changed to a see out balcony. Reception told us we should have requested a balcony that wasn’t a wall.
Washing machine did not work. Toiletries consisted of 2 small bottles of bath / shower bottles and no hand wash soap or bottles. 2 coffee pods and only 2 bath n hand towels of extremely thin and poor quality in room for a 3 day stay for 2 people. Not worth the price paid. Positive was location good .

Met at entryway to gain access and check in by a friendly host who also assisted us with parking. Very accommodating and would highly recommend this place.

This property was in good contact, letting us know about check in times and guiding us to parking. The staff was very nice. You can’t beat this location right by the main bridge, with the bullring and gorgeous vistas right behind the property. It was great to have a kitchen and there was a small grocery just off the square. Ronda itself is a gorgeous town! A real gem and one of our favorite places as we traveled across Southern Spain.

This property was in good contact, letting us know about check in times and guiding us to parking. The staff was very nice. You can’t beat this location right by the main bridge, with the bullring and gorgeous vistas right behind the property. It was great to have a kitchen and there was a small grocery just off the square. Ronda itself is a gorgeous town! A real gem and one of our favorite places as we traveled across Southern Spain.

The best in my whole Spain 14 days trip with my family. The location is awesome, close to everything. There are so many dinning options downstairs, and during the night, it is very safe and quiet. The reception is excellent. we need to go to the hospital, the lady bring us there and give us very useful information, very appreciate it. The parking garage is big and easy to park. High recommended!!

A number of issues with regard to room. Kitchen sink tap was dangerously loose. The hot water temperature was not regulated so if turned full on near boiling water came out. This did result in my partner scolding her hand. Kitchen cupboard doors need adjusting. The shower door was not fixed at bottom seemed precarious
All of the above whilst problematical are all realitivily easy to fix.
The app art. E t block is well located and generally finished. Just let down by the above points

The Location is 10+. Getting there by car drive up to the Parador hotel look to your right there is a small side street. The hotel entrance is a double glass door on your left ring the bell if no one is there just wait there probably taking someone to the garage. Offload in the plaza, and the lady at the front desk even come out and help, then she got in our car and took us to the parking, which was pretty simple in the basement €15 a day. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious. We had a two bedroom just because that was all that was available. Only -ve I can find about this hotel and it’s an important one , is the comfort of the beds. I found them on the hard side and the pillows were atrocious. Big thick slab of foam that hardly made a dent when I laid my head on it and two other pillows were available in the closet, but they were tiny and lumpy.

Tourist center will book almost anything for you and just forewarned that if you want to go to a wine farm, you need to book ahead of time. This isn’t a stop in and taste . It is a whole Tour..
The area is full of little restaurants, coffee, shops, and a long shopping street. Ask at the front desk. Even though we looked out onto the Square the noise stopped at 10 exactly. Took off one point for the bed/pillow

Magnificent views of the countryside from the 2nd floor. Parking is a bit tricky the first time but pay close attention to the directions they send you and you'll be OK. The front desk person will make it easy if you ask for help.

The heart of Ronda without the noise. This location and property was oustanding. The staff were amazing. Easy parking. 10 would definitely stay again. I will be bringing more friends to this location. Ronda is my favouite place on the planet to visit!! Love it here.

The location of this property and the facilities were excellent. We only stayed for one night so it was close proximity to everything Ronda had to offer. We had beautiful views from our apartment. We highly recommend staying at Apartamentos Rondacentro.
