We stayed here for two nights while visiting Osaka, and it was a great experience overall. The location is fantastic, with quick access to the train station and close proximity to Universal Studios Japan. They offer access to a morning onsen for 500 yen, which is a great deal, though it doesn’t provide the same luxurious experience as the full spa. You don’t change into traditional wear, and access to outdoor areas and some interior baths (which are being cleaned) is restricted, but everything else was still enjoyable and is more private than if it was open to the public for those who are a little uncomfortable with the idea of a public onsen. The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. The on-site restaurant is delicious, but the bakery and other stores don’t open until after checkout and close too early, which was a bit disappointing. Parking is reasonably priced, though you can't come and go, but with the city’s public transportation, this isn’t much of an issue. Overall, a great stay and a solid choice for those visiting the area!

Avoid this hotel. The worst hotel i stayed in on my 3 week trip over Japan. Where to start... Reception. Barely see any staff. Max 1 person, even on daytime. They do not go out their way to serve. The opposite. They want the customer to do their job for them. Noone to help with luggage and anything we asked for we had to do their job for them. Everything was an effort and they had terrible custoemr service. Breakfast. Saras is a joke. The food is awful and sparse. When breakfast is included. They thencharge a surcharge for earing in another restaurant that has a better buffet. The 51 floor buffet wasnt an option for the booking. Thats misselling. The room, 4822. Felt tired, plastic bath, dirty carpet. Broken coffee machine. Air con always stuck on hot 20degrees. Centrally controled from hotel. They wheeled in a massive noisy air con unit that made no difference. Towels are tiny, amenities are cheap. This is supposed to be a luxuury hotel! Shower pressure is very low bath was cheap plastic and very slippery. Staff were very unhelpful. Felt like the hotel is racist to foreigners as they dont wasn to try to help or offer any solutions or good will gestures All through the night we heard loud biker gangs revving motors, and we were on 48th floor. Made us feel unsafe to be out at night. Transfer to the train is also missold. Its not a short walk. Takes about 10 mins navigating lots of stairs ramps. Dark and dingy corridors. Its also poorly lit and signposted
