Liked there is an indoors pool but didn't get the chance to use it. Revervations are needed which is good given the pandemic.

We, were 4 in the room and only give us 1 water bottle. If we need more, we have to buy it.

We had booked a suite. The suite was not prepared for our stay, because things were missing like bathrobes or he coffee machines. Means we had to go behind it and this is not what you are expecting.
The mattress of the sleeping sofa was very uncomfortable, so we had to ask for additional underlying blankets, otherwise it would be not possible to sleep there.

This hotel is small enough that everything is at a convenient distance from your room: the gym, the pool, parking, restaurant, etc. The staff was super nice. I was surprised to see so many foreign guests (I am Mexican), I imagine they have done a good job at international promotion. Location is very convenient to come in and out with a car.

Main reason I booked at the DoubeTree THIS visit to Queretaro with my family is because it had the indoor pool to enjoy, without the chance of relying on an outdoor pool with the questionable weather this time of year. And . . . We check in and see that the pool is OUT OF SERVICE . . . Freakin Great!

Great staff. Wonderful service. Comfy beds although we both had nightmares during our stay. Other than that, we loved the hotel! Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good too!

We were very impressed with the hotel. We just needed a place to stay before our early morning flight out of Queretaro MX and this hotel looked good and had shuttle service to the airport. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a convenient area, good service from then staff in general but please, avoid the restaurant and the room service! Awful food at an excesive price!
