The hotel is located in very convenient location, near train station and bus stop. There are many dinners and shops around the hotel. The staffs there are very friendly and have hospitality.

The location coukd not be better relative to the train station. A very comfortable, undisturbed rest in this pleasant hotel.

This is a straightforward, simple hotel. Fine for a quick overnight between trains. Extremely convenient to the train and bus station which also means doesn’t feel super safe after dark. Room was spare on space and the access to open the bathroom window was too high even for me at 5’8. The bus station area made it loud until quite late and again quite early in the morning. Not air conditioned, which is probably not an issue for most of the year; the fan in the room was very welcome. Met our needs for one night, but definitely wouldn’t want an extended stay, especially in summer.

Liked this hotel a lot but our room didn’t have air conditioning and I’m used to sleeping in a cooler environment. Not the property’s fault but I wished I knew before arriving

Overall a bit basic and tired, fine if you are only sleeping there but not somewhere that you would want to spend a lot of time in. Maybe try booking the Mercure across the road first? Very convenient location immediately across the road from the railway station. Room was OK, clean and everything worked fine, shower area was a bit dated. Optional buffet breakfast in the ground floor cafe was OK but the hot drinks were from a machine so not the best quality coffee however you could have as much as you wanted.

Liked the location, did'nt like the full length obscure glass window that was on the room next doors balcony, it needed a curtain.

Our stay was good, but the reception of the hotel is through a bar and and the downstairs is not the nicest. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the mountains. Is right across from the train station, but the area is not the nicest.

Old building well maintained Small room with heater off and no chance you can regulate temperature

We didn’t like how hot the room was the fan didn’t do much. There was a dead fly in the bathroom and used toilet paper rolls. We had to ask for more toilet paper. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival due evidence of the last guest stay. Location was incredible exactly not even a minutes from train station. Tv was great didn’t cut out.

Our stay at Hotel Actuel Chambéry Centre was comfortable and convenient. The double room was large with mountain views. The hotel was across from the train and bus station and a short pleasant walk to the historic old town. Parking was available for a discounted price a short walk from the hotel.

For me the location was perfect- directly across the street from the train station. However this is not the nice part of town. The old part of town - the business district where all the shops and restaurants are is adorable. So this hotel suited my needs. It was clean enough and the price was right. Reception could have been a little more freindly. No frills hotel, but fine.

This was a nice, neat hotel only a 10 minute walk into town. It was very small, and a little refrigerator would have been nice, but the breakfast was good. I would consider staying here again
