Everything about this hotel was excellent. It is beautiful, dimly lit and it smells so good! The hotel staff is exceptional. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the city. The bed was so soft and comfortable. They even delivered a cake for my birthday!! We felt like VIP clients, great hotel and superb staff! Definitely recommend, 5 stars

This is a beautiful hotel with great decor. It's in a great location in Miraflores. The staff are exceptional especially room service. There is a great gift shop downstairs and the food is delicious.

Stayed for two-nights with a tour group at the front end of a Peru trip. Room was extremely comfortable and the a/c worked great! Had Christmas Eve dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely. Westin even delivered treats to every room for Christmas - delicious and so thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel decoration is modern and elegant, but the ambiance is terrible. As I was checking in, call girls were going in into the rooms. I do not expect that from an exclusive hotel. The next night as I was coming back to the hotel, people were drunk in the main lobby, some even sleeping on a bench inside the lobby. It sure didn't look like a five-star hotel. The room was clean, but the bathroom fixture are starting to show some age. The restaruant Maras was terrible. (I just provided a separate review on that). The Market restaurant is noisy, limited buffet and although the service was courteous and friendly, it was not up to the standards. I felt embarrassed in front of my guest when they brought the dish that I requested from the buffet area, but no silverware, napkins, etc... The plate stayed there getting cold. Just terrible. I called the manager, and he just apologize under the excuse that they were busy. I have stayed many times before at this hotel. I have witnessed a severe deterioration in the quality of the service at this Westin. overall it is a disappointment.

Perfect transit hotel for our next day flight to Cusco. Front desk arranged an excellent driver pick up for our midnight arrival. Everyone from front desk to restaurant to bell hop were professional and helpful. Would return anytime.
