Staff was very helpful and they made us feel welcome. They gave us chocolates and free water. 😀

The parking and breakfast was good. The air conditioner was not wotlrking. The pool was closed. The laundry was not on site. The tv has 12 channels and none in English.

Very good hotel for the price, with breakfast included. Location was convenient as a lat night stopover but the surrounding area was rather ugly with some consytuction work going on and lots of major roads nearby.

The young man on reception gave us such good professional and courteous service on our first stay last October that we decided to make this our new stop over hotel.

Used this hotel location as an overnight point between Chamonix and Amsterdam. Reception was very helpful getting us checked in, and securing an additional room for late additions to our travel group. They also put full hot breakfast out at 4:45 am for our early departure. Very impressed!

Although the location wasn’t the nicest this hotel was great for an overnight stay. All the staff were so helpful and kind. They even phoned ahead to help us with a dinner reservation in the local town. Good continental breakfast, clean, comfortable bed. Pillows could have been softer but that’s a personal preference.

Ideal stay to go in to visit Strasbourg as suggested by hotel receptionist who was really helpful. Got park and ride only 4.50 euros and tram straight into Strasbourg included. Hotel very clean and staff really helpful and friendly. Only downside was kids kicking a ball in the car park in the dark until after 9pm

Good service and parking facilities but bit remote from the main amenities. Transportation required.
There were some works inside the hotel, I think bit of painting in the corridor, although. It impacting our staying, it would have been better if informed in advance. Thanks

Check-in went fast, everything was arranged for the extra crib. The reception was helpful. Furthermore there’s the opportunity to ask for (toothbrushes, shaving material) in case one forgot his.
Room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.
Checkout time is 12:00 which really give time to relax the next day without rushing.

This is a transit hotel in a very strange area, more like for truck drivers. Completely different to IHG hotels in France or Germany. Breakfast was nothing special. Too expensive for it offers.
