Since my stay in this hotel only 2 nights, during the day time I was traveling around the city and come back for a sleep, so I booked a room with no window, and the most basic and less expensive room, nothing fancy.
the room was clean and the bathroom was clean, is good for people who just need a clean place to sleep. and is easy to walk to Taipei Main Station and airport Metro, the front desk people are nice and helpful.

Difficult to push luggage to the lobby from city inn 2. Inside the room can heard very clear what outside people are talking or doing… noise prevention is not good.

Hotel was clean, my room was spacious. Hotel is located close to Taipei main station (took me about 6 min to walk) which is very convenient. If you like to walk it’s also within walking distance from a lot of sights, good restaurants and more. They also have a small kitchen if you don’t feel like going out to eat which is a plus.
What made this hotel great was the amazing staff. Everyone I met during my stay were so friendly, and they went above and beyond for their guests. It didn’t matter if it was day or night, everyone was so friendly and kind. Will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Taipei, and can definitely recommend.

The staff was helpful, might need to use a translation app on somethings, but good. The room had paint peeling, but it happens. It's a pretty convenient location and right near the station! I'd stay there again in the future.

There are many rooms with no windows and impossible to change to the ones with a window. However the staff are very friendly and helpful so it was very pleasant to stay.

The hotel is in a good location, only 10 min from the MRT. The staff is really friendly . They found out it was my husband’s bday and surprise him with some cake .
