Baltica Residence was an utterly positive surprise, where the staff went out of their way to make things easy and practical, and where everything was so new, clean, modern and comfortable. The little walk to the breakfast at the older "mother hotel" Villa Baltica right by the beach was nice in the morning, and a delicious breakfast. This is definitely a place to stay again later - such good value for money!

I was impressed about the room condition. Room was very clean bright. Only downside (for me) was, that the twin room has quite small beds. If you are used to sleep on wider beds, you will have to be careful to not fall down during your sleep. Breakfast buffet decent, looks maybe small, but has great selection for everybody. I can only recommend this property further, close to the beach, nice breakfast (in "main building", Villa Baltica), clean rooms, friendly staff.

Heated bathroom floor! Was here in February 2018, seemed quite new, very clean and comfortable.

Probably recent renovated rooms are clean and confortable, and I could find no complaint about my stay. Only con would be the distance of the building with these rooms from the main hotel building where restaurant and desk are located. It takes at least a few minuites, and this may cause a trouble if someone arrives late in the evening without proper registration info.

We've stayed at Baltica Residence July 25-27, 2016. It's a great little place except nobody told us you have to go to its parent hotel to check in. Baltica Residence is all fenced up and you can't get in without a key. Luckily other guests were just leaving and they told us. Also, even though there is parking around the place, the hotel was short on the remote gate openers, so we had to park at the parent hotel. That's on the negative side. On the positive: great location, insanely good breakfast included in price, and staff sure did their best to make up for the lack of a remote. Overall, it was a great stay.
