The room was plain but clean and the location was amazing, right in hayes valley close to great coffee shops and food. Biren the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.

The location is very good. Clean but very musty smelling rooms. Dated bathroom. Absolutely fine for a room just over a hundred per night. Comfy bed.

It’s in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, which was a huge plus. That said, the building is definitely older, so you can hear people climbing the stairs and shutting their doors, which can be a little noisy at times. While the room appeared clean, I did have some concerns about whether they wash the comforters, blankets, and pillow covers regularly. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for affordability and convenience, but be prepared for a bit of noise and potential cleanliness concerns.

My Apple Watch went missing from my room. There are other complaints but that leaves a pretty bad taste in the mouth. I Thought hotels dot com vetted better

Comfortable fair priced place to stay in SF. In quiet neighborhood, close to many restaurants and a short walk to the Civic.
