A microwave inside the room would be nice and better towels. The ones available were falling apart. We ended up using our own.
I liked that the room was clean, had good views and the tv had netflix and amazon prime on it.

This is an old motel but it was reasonably priced. It allows pets so if you are allergic, as I am- I don’t care how well they clean, I am going to have a reaction.
My main complaint is that you can’t lock your door from the inside, so anyone with a key can access your room. That’s a big safety issue in my opinion.

Room could use a bit of repair and paint, but overall was a good experience. Would stay there again.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this booking. Repairs had been done around the tub, but were very shoddy. The curtains were coming off the hooks. The front porch had dirty rug on it, and the proprietors at check in were not friendly.

It’s an older place but our room was clean. Just wanted a good bed and shower after a few days of camping. Staff was very nice.

One of the better hotel/motel in HJ. Older property that was probably a man camp during construction of the road. Adequate, good beds, clean and tidy. Nice folks who run it. Reasonable rates.

When we arrived, the clerk was sitting in the office in the darkish desk area. The room numbers are too high to see from the parking lot.

It's an older motel so can't expect perfection. It was pretty clean, we had a view of the parking lot but were only there to catch a ferry the next day. Can't comment on the breakfast because we left too early.

The picture they have online is definitely not the way the motel is in real life. Ran down, dirty. Verh unsafe feeling being there. Dirty sheets, dirty floors, dirty walls. The owner (or whoever he was who gave us our key) was very unfriendly as well. I do not recommend this motel at all. We booked it out as soon at we could (530am). 🙃

Location and view from the room were excellent. We went to the salmon bake with live music at the village bakery which was fun. Hike to the kings throne had beautiful views. Staff was accommodating to us parking our two rigs and allowing us to fill our water tanks.

Property is right next to the main road, so with all the trucks coming through it was pretty noisy. Parking with a trailer is very limited. We were on the end room, and the owner kept coming up and down the steps and slamming doors, right next to our room. The walls are paper thin so it kept us and our dogs up all night.
