The accommodation was great. The host helpful and knowledgeable. The location was great for access to the lakes and walks.

Very pleasant accommodation in a walking distance from the national park (and what a great walk it is - in solitude in the forest- much needed to balance the crowd at the park), with the only good restaurant in this side of the park just beside (several good restaurants are located in the other side - about 15-20 min drive), and with the most charming person in Croatia as a host. Truly recommended.

Nebojsa met us upon our arrival and was very welcoming! He showed us to our room and then gave us a brief introduction to Plitvice National Park and suggestions on how best to explore it. He was bang on. He then gave us directions to entrance 2 to the park, about a 20 minute walk through the village and along a path through the woods. Overall the property is very well looked after and conveniently located for visiting the park. As a bonus the pizzeria next door has very good pizza.

It isvery near to the Mukinje bus station. Very convenient for us as we travel by bus from Zagreb. The owner was very kind to drive my to Entrance 1 the next day.

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Plitvice Lakes. It is very close to the park entrance, has dining right next door and the rooms are very nice. Owner is also terrific. We were in Croatia for 8 days and this was probably our favorite place to stay.

We had two wonderful nights at Guesthouse Bor. The host is really nice to introduce all information you need and advises the route for visiting Plitvice lake. The place is comfortable and clean. It would be great if one more pillow could be provided as the pillow is a bit too soft for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place to you.

Great location! Short drive or walk to station #2 at the lakes. Neb was very helpful with recommendations for park and dinner. He also allowed us to keep our car parked there while we hiked the natl park.

Lovely guesthouse abt 20 mins walk to entrance 2 of the Plitvice park. Rooms were simple but nice and clean. Lot of space around the property with deer spotted from the terrace in the morning. Friendly and helpful owner. There is a restaurant next door, though for breakfast bring your own - there is a supermarket in the little hamlet Mukinje but opening hours are limited. We felt relaxed at the place and the surroundings are pretty. There is also a little playground 5mins walk up the hill.

A wonderful stay within close walking distance of Plitvice Lakes entrance 2 . Nebojsa was a great host. He gave us good information and was helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern with everything you need.Outside the room os a small fridge. Nice pizzas at restaurant next door and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. I can highly recommend staying here.

The Guesthouse Bor is an excellent property within walking distance of Plitvice Lakes entry #2. (Make sure you get tickets for #2). The host was very helpful and had nice touches such as umbrellas to take into the park (should have grabbed them). Right next door is a Bistro with great pizzas and calzones for cheap. I would definitely stay here again.

The guesthouse has a lovely clean room with exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. The host is so friendly and gives a run down for Plitvice Lakes park on a large map in the entry. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the furniture and ambiance. We only stayed one night but the area is peaceful. A restaurant next door and a store a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much guestgouse Bor for everything. This guesthouse played the most important role in leaving a good impression of the Country Croatia. The host was amazing, I can't believe Croatians are so kind and generous, and of course the room was super cozy, pretty, cute, and clean, even better than 4 stars hotels. The host explained the route of the national park lakes even in the early morning and when I lost my phone in the bus, he tried to call all the bus drivers to help me find it back. I felt like I wanted to live here and stay at this guesthouse for longer than 1 month.

Host was accommodating. Rooms renovated clean and spacious. Right next door restaurant open long hours. Fridge and kettle in room made it easy to have drinks ans snacks anytime. Close to walk to grocery store. Bus stops about 3 min away. Helpful host.

Perfect location, close to the park entrance, and next to a little restaurant. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the host was very helpful.
