This "Pet Friendly" hotel has a $75 charge for your pet, beware!

There is smell of cigarette smoke in hall ways and inside elevators, from smokers' breathe I think. Unfortunate that it ruined the experience of our stay. Mattress bit soft for our liking, compared to last year.

I give five stars because room was big, clean, quite fully equipped. Front desk staff were friendly.

the pillows are very uncomfortable. the breakfast was not good. The stuff who is worn the purple cloth was so rude during breakfast. She is obviously discriminating against Asians.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE, sper friendly mgr upon arrival, full of information made you feel very warm and welcomed. I do want to mention as a business professional I did witness an interaction that was very unsettling. It was the morning of Oct 5th. Approx 9am, lobby was extremely business with guests enjoying their contentential breakfast, a member of management (I could be wrong) was walking about and made her way to the coffee bar their she (dark hair, up in ponytail buns, wore a long purple sweater, name might Jill about 5'5) approach a male employee that was working very hard to kerp up with the morning breakfast demand and gave him the direst look, held up the hot water thermos and indicated to him it was empty and to fill it immediately......the employee looked shocked and sadden....my heart broke for him as he was focused and working hard, no compaaion or moral support was given, she placed the thermad down and walked away into the bsck roo., shame on her. When ichrcked out and handed in my cards she came out of the bsck, word less as I checked out, not even a "how was you stay". She is definitely not an assest to your team.

Room is very large with great amenities. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Property was clean. Rooms were nice and quiet. Staff made checkin and checkout very easy.

The driveway into the property was a bit rough. I think the breakfast should be extendend till at least 9.30am as it would be easier for families traveling with young kids. I will return to the property again for sure. I loved the mini kitchenette and the cleaniness of the property.

The only downside is not much options at breakfast and they don’t refill the bacon 1 hour prior closing time at 9am, which is not enough food when people start coming around 8am… not sure if they will be any difference on the weekends as we stayed during weekdays.

As a newer hotel, the rooms and property are absolutely spotless. Amenities are really nice for a hotel in this price range, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's located a bit outside of any tourist area, and the only things within walking distance are a few fast-food chains, some grocery stores, and a Walmart. Not a big deal, but you'll need to drive to get to any of the local sights.

This will be my new go to place when I’m in Huntsville here on moving forward.

Everything was great, I will visit again

Checkin was great. Came up for a wedding and ended up here pretty early and the hotel allowed us to check in early so we could get ready.
