There's tape and thumbtacks all over the walls. The remote barely worked for the tv. On the last day of my visit, there was no water and no warning that it would be turned off. When it came back in the morning, there was no hot water at all.

This was just a weekend stay away from home. The pillow was simi-flat and the mattress was ok. I was waken up between 3-4 am on Saturday by gun fire. I swear it was next door as the shots were loud and noises like something or someone moving around or throwing something. It was very scary and I'll never stay here again. Around 4:30 am I looked out the window and there were two police cars and a fire truck. I just hope no body was actually hurt or killed.

The hotel agent upon arriving tells you that you need $20 in cash and doesn’t provide a receipt. He tells you that you’ll get it upon checking out in which I did. Upon arriving back from the bank, he proceeds to tell you that you are NOT allowed to have company, hands me a remote control, and tells me to make sure to check out on time to get my $20 back.
I arrived in the room and it smells pretty clean, but upon checking the tub, there was two long string of hair and ants walking in and on top of the tub.
The next night I kilt a roach and the following night, I allowed the another one to live, didn’t feel like chasing it.

Was super skeptical after reading the reviews. But honestly we got there, easy check in. Bed was not comfortable, but we made do with it. We did have ants in the bathtub, but no roaches. Rooms are a little beat up and out dated, but for the price what do you expect. As soon as we turned the tv on there was porn on it, so be mindful if traveling with children. It’s not the best area, but no one bothered us and the hotel wasn’t bothered either. I would stay here again

All good, except when one of the bath towels had small bugs all over it. Showed it to person in office who told me to just drop it on the ground outside. He did not have any face or hand towels, only bath towels. :-(

I was surprised that this place is cleaner than some of the large franchise around! The bathroom was well lid and clean. The only two issues I had during my stay was the big screen smart TV was not connected to the WiFi at the time, but was quickly resolved by goijg thru the TV’s menu. The second issue was the foul smell in the fridge. It totally smell like somebody left their food in the fridge for months and just been taken out. Was not an issue for me because I did not need the fridge during my stay.

We didn’t know we needed cash deposit.
(Usually credit card if need it )
We used toilet only 1time after checked in and clogged.
We asked help but that rude front guy of course he don’t care. He told me we have to talk to manager next day ( but our check out day is next day ) so automatically we didn’t have a choice, we couldn’t use toilet. We had to pee in the shower area.
Terrible experience. Of course it was cheap. So we deserved broken toilet ?? I don’t think so. Never come back.

Room was infested with roaches and ants, cigarette burns on the blankets, decaying caulk in the tub (that had no drain plug). Cleaners could just come in whenever they feel like even if you say no.

Showed up with our reservation with no room ready. Told we could come back later and a room would be ready. That was fine for the time being since we were just there to check-in and leave, not really use the room. Had this been the only problem we would not have minded, little did we know how screwed we were. After a long day at the convention going on in LA I called the hotel to let them know we were on our way back, they have a 24-hour desk and had just told us we would have a room earlier, guess the night guy didn’t get the memo. I had a long asinine phone call with the guy as he told me they were “busy” and couldn’t give me my room. Oh but get this: I could BUY a room for the night for $100. I could not understand this, a room was empty to buy but not give me my already paid reservation. So for that night, my brother and I slept in our rental car at a public park, hoping not to get jumped. In the morning we went to the hotel and immediately asked if the manager was in, she was the one who told us we would have a room herself. Now according to her, we could have just come in, she was there apparently, she remembered us. But the guy on the call the previous night knew nothing and told us we would have to talk to the manager the next day. Even after getting the room it wasn’t the cleanest. Blankets had holes, dead roach in the bathroom, front doors peephole just had a napkin stuffed in it. It was a step up from sleeping in the car, not a total dump, no bedbugs at least.

I never leave reviews but this was beyond horrifying. It was very dirty. The bathroom door was covered in what looked like dried blood stains and a used condom on the door hinge at the top. It was ridiculous. Also the google reviews from former patrons who were females specifically said "the male staff will go into your rooms when you clearly have the door locked with the do not disturb sign on it". "On night, I swear I heard a male's voice and then suddenly my door starting being banged upon, I checked out the next day". These are horror stories from people who stayed at this motel before. Not to mention the staff, seemed happy to see me leave within 45 minutes of checking in, elated to remind me "No refunds". At this point, it's not even about the money. It's not safe for women and children to ever be on this property. This motel is dangerous. Please Expedia team, it's my humble request Do not recommend this Motel to anyone else, if you value their life.
