Overall it was a good place to get away for the night, staff were very friendly.

Room was a little disappointing based on the price but I guess the location dictates the price. No AirCon and even on an average summer evening and with a fan in the room, it was impossible to sleep without sheets removed! Stayed for Dinner and breakfast and both excellent and staff very friendly

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Castle Inn. We liked the food, nice, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and toiletries. The staff were all great but special shout out for Kate who gave us a warm, smiley welcome during the busy lunch time service and looked after my bag when I left it in the bar …so thanks!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Castle Inn. We liked the food, nice, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and toiletries. Restaurant facilities were excellent. Room was nice although the floors were wet on arrival and found to be very dirty when wiped with the shower mat! Unfortunately the bathroom and toilet had the residue of the previous occupants still present. (Hair and excrement)

Food is superb, wide choice of drinks, car park for residents, friendly staff, clean, bespoke and a great location for exploring by car or foot. Less than one mile to Lulworth Cove and associated facilties. We will go back.

Castle inn is the perfect accommodation for a short trip to explore the stunning fishing village and countryside. We had excellent food, beer and the room was tastefully decorated. staff very friendly and chatty if you want to converse. we loved our stay and will definitely return one day.
