Very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was quite stoic, but very nice.

The room we had, had an amazing view of the water in Port Townsend. The jetted tub in the room was also nice to have afrer a long day.

I’m in a wheelchair first we were sent to another building via elevator nice room but had requested a king bed so down to the first floor where the was a handicap room I had requested one but we’re not available at that time so took it even with double beds The gas fire place did not work no flames, more annoying two of the blines over looking the water did not work at all! No veiw. Not the quality I expected or remembered

Room was nice, balcony was nice to have, but chairs, glass deck etc. We filthy, wouldn't sit out there. The guy at the front desk was abrupt and came across as annoyed that we were there to check in.

Amazing view, clean and friendly.

This hotel was on the bay which was the only nice thing about it. Not sure they had ever washed the windows and paint was needed everywhere out side. Was careful stepping out on the deck as had some rotted boards. The walkways were filthy even with some animal poop. Gross!!!!!

2nd key card was defective and didn’t work, and they said there was no solution. Refrigerator in room was broken and a previous guest’s rotten food was left in there which stunk up the room until we removed it ourselves. The water in all faucets and shower is SCOLDING HOT. The shower door doesn’t stay closed, you have to hold it closed with your foot while showering. It took us 4 hours of trying, and finally the man at the front desk coming into our room to fix the TV, bc it wouldn’t work. While checking in, the front desk staff showed no care or interest we were there. I’m fairly certain one woman staff member was on drugs, as she was tweaking when I return to the front desk to discuss the issues. I will not stay here again. The worst $375 I’ve ever spent for a one night stay anywhere.

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, very clean and spacious room with king bed and a separate room with double. Huge bathroom that was spotless, very clean and well lit.

Not at all worth the money. This place is in dire need of exterior maintenance, and perhaps some interior here and there as well. Exterior wood was in horrible shape, as was deck and rail wood. Interior trim paint was sloppy and not even completed. Lobby hours are limited. There are numerous other in town. Won't be back.

Had a phenomenal stay here during the Port Townsend Film Festival this year. Great views and friendly accommodating staff. Will plan to book again in the future.

Other than the views, the property is basic. There's no extra blanket or pillows in the room, and no water bottles or food on the property. Disposable plastic cups in the room, as well as only 2 paper coffee cups - not sure why reusable glasses or ceramic mugs couldn't be included? The vending machine only has soda, and the trash / recycling cans on the outer rim of the property seemed to be overflowing. Also, sad that the balcony outside our room was peeling paint / covered in bird poo - we didn't really feel comfortable trying to sit out there as the wood appeared to be rotting too. We came into town to visit family, but will likely not stay here again when we return in the future. Just lacking overall / no amenities for the price paid.

For a one night stay it was ok. The beds are smaller than any we have experienced on this trip. Very tight squeeze for two normal size adults. No breakfast of any kind are included in their price. Some kind of buss in the room all the time making it difficult to have a decent nights sleep.

A very nice room with a great view out over the water. A very good restaurant a short walk away.

Check-in was very quick and easy. Loved all the windows in our room overlooking the water. Nice shower. Super convenient location. Bed was saggy and needed replacing. Door to room had gaps around it so LOTS of light shown around it at night making it difficult to sleep. We didn't ask for our room to cleaned during our stay so having a broom in each room would be a great help to keep the gritty dirt swept up!

About a 8 min walk to downtown. Hallways look a little run down need some TLC, the room was a lot nicer. We booked a Premium King Room. The bed was very comfy. They at one point offered breakfast but no longer offer.

A run down place. Needs repairs, deck repairs, paint and a lot of proper cleaning. Also a sewer smell. They charge a lot of money to stay there because it’s by the ocean.
